LD Shopping Center Ltd.is a large-scale cross-regional,multi-business format,comprehensive commercial enterprise established in 2008.This article takes LD company as the research object,uses literature research method,case study method,questionnaire,statistical analysis method and comparative research method,understands and discovers LD company employee performance appraisal system existence question,further consummates the company appraisal system,and so on,puts forward and evaluates the organization implementation opinion.By using survey and in-depth interview methods,we analyzed the questionnaire results and organized the interview records,and identified a series of problems in LD Company’s performance management,including deviations in understanding performance management,weak scientificity of assessment standards,difficulty in measuring assessment indicators,inconvenient performance communication,formalized feedback,and limitations in the use of assessment results.In order to play a leading role in performance management and achieve the co-development of enterprises and employees,the performance management system of LD Corporation must be based on the original performance management system,with the help of the basic theoretical essence of performance management,it has been completely redesigned,in line with the practice,feasible and strong performance management system.This paper mainly uses KPI + 360 degree performance appraisal method,from work performance to work attitude,to work ability and professional ethics,respectively,the performance appraisal system designed for the high,middle and lower levels of the staff,in the calculation of index weight,using ahp to determine.Finally,the author puts forward the organizational guarantee,the system guarantees,the management guarantee and so on.In this way,a new set of performance management system in line with LD Company’s current situation and strategic objectives is formally established.Based on KPI + 360 degrees,the performance appraisal system and safeguard measures of LD company staff are constructed to optimize and improve LD company performance management system.This has some practical significance for promoting LD company performance appraisal system innovation,and provides some reference for optimizing the internal human resources management and efficiency management system of the same type of shopping center.
