The performance appraisal in the enterprise more and more attention,QJ Food Company as a sales oriented enterprises,the marketing personnel performance appraisal is particularly important,because the benefits of enterprise development is the key to an enterprise's survival and development,and good benefits cannot do without the enterprise marketing staff to work hard.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprises to formulate a scientific and effective performance appraisal system for sales staff.This paper used questionnaire survey method and AHP to analyze the AHP QJ Food Company marketing personnel performance appraisal situation,found that the existing enterprise performance evaluation process has many disadvantages,using the AHP analytic hierarchy process to build a new performance evaluation system and put forward the QJ Food Company marketing staff performance optimization of the implementation of the safeguard measures.Through scientific and reasonable performance evaluation,we can better mobilize the enthusiasm of marketing staff,and also can improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.This is the research target of this topic.Research conclusions:(1)The application of a questionnaire survey of QJ Food Company's marketing staff,through the investigation found that the QJ Food Company marketing personnel performance appraisal and development strategy of the company,from simple assessment subject,assessment cycle,unreasonable index design is not scientific evaluation process,lack of communication and the evaluation results has not been applied problems effective.(2)Analysis of the QJ Food Company marketing staff performance appraisal problems,mainly because the QJ Food Company's management of marketing personnel is not enough attention to the performance feedback mechanism is not clear,the lack of performance management and supporting measures,and the application of evaluation results and side constraints,so as to make the evaluation process go formal,so the enthusiasm of the marketing personnel to improve.(3)In order to further improve the QJ Food Company's marketing staff performance appraisal system,proposed the construction method of AHP based performance appraisal system to quantify the marketing personnel's performance appraisal project,and for assessment of work performance,work ability and work attitude and performance appraisal content,calculate the weight of the three sub index the big.Through the research of this article,the new performance appraisal system is combined with the actual work situation,which makes the examination result more scientific and reasonable.It not only improves the enthusiasm of marketing staff of QJ Company,but also creates greater economic benefits for the enterprise.
