Market economy is an important product of reform and opening up.Under the overall promotion of the reform and opening up environment,China’s market economy has developed rapidly,especially in recent years,under the background of continuous optimization and adjustment of industrial structure,the economic structure tends to be rationalized,China’s financial market is extremely active,and has become an important part of the development of China’s market economy As a pillar industry,it has an important impact on the capital market.With China’s economic transformation and the continuous improvement of the market economic system,the securities market has also been regulated.As the main part of securities issuance and trading,securities companies are under more and more pressure to survive in the fierce market competition.The pressure of the industry has given birth to the pressure of employees.At the same time,it has also brought great challenges to the management of performance appraisal.Performance appraisal has always been an important theoretical topic in organizational behavior.Around this topic,scholars from all over the world have carried out a lot of research.Scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of theoretical research and practical verification in different cultures and backgrounds,and have achieved good research results to measure and evaluate performance,such as KPI key performance indicator method,Intel’s 360° performance appraisal,etc.The purpose of this paper is to take YD company as the research object.YD company is a growth fund company,the realization of the overall business objectives of the enterprise is largely based on the completion and promotion of personal performance tasks of sales personnel.However,due to the imperfection of YD company’s performance appraisal system,performance appraisal becomes a mere formality,which affects the improvement of overall economic benefits and the realization of strategic objectives.Therefore,through reading a large number of literature,using questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,combined with YD company’s strategic objectives and actual business situation,this paper finds out the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of YD company’s sales personnel,and uses the theoretical basis of target management theory,incentive theory,key performance indicators,360 degree evaluation method and dynamic index method The company’s current performance appraisal system is optimized and improved to find the most suitable performance appraisal system optimization scheme for YD company’s sales personnel,and formulate safeguard measures for the specific implementation of the optimized performance appraisal system.
