The 21 st century has entered a K-type era that values knowledge competition.In this era,corporate competition has intensified,polarized,and if companies don’t advance,they will fall behind.To win the competition,companies must build the core competence of organizations and staff and must insist on long-term investment in staff training and development.More companies nowadays have realized the importance and urgency of staff training.However,they are facing many practical problems when training their staff.It is important to establish a systematic staff training system that meets the actual needs of companies.This thesis aims to devise a staff training system,which meets the development needs of ZOOMLION and helps to prepare competent staff in ZOOMLION efficiently and pertinently,as well as provide relevant references for other companies.Literature investigation,interviews,questionnaires,interviews,analysis,etc.were employed in this thesis to make an in-depth study on the staff training status and needs of ZOOMLION.Firstly,from a theoretical point of view,a literature review related to staff training was introduced as the theoretical basis of this research.Secondly,taking ZOOMLION as an example,the thesis investigated the current staff training situation of ZOOMLION.Based on that,the existing problems of the staff training system were analyzed.Finally,the design optimization scheme of the ZOOMLION staff training system was put forward,in order to create a reserve of new-type talents,improve employee leadership,create a batch of skill masters,improve staff competence,and build a digital training platform.The scheme included the design optimization of different types of employee training content and training methods,the establishment of the faculty,the design optimization of the training organizing process,as well as the management of the process,and the evaluation of the training effect.At the same time,the scheme ensured the implementation of the design optimization through the establishment of a special group,the improvement of regulations,sufficient training funds,and the creation of favorable training culture.It is hoped that the optimized system can prepare competent staff in ZOOMLION efficiently and pertinently,stimulate staff potential and motivation,and improve the human resource situation of ZOOMLION,thus enabling the company to adapt to the increasingly competitive market and ensure sustainable development.It is also expected to provide references and insights for other companies to devise and optimize their staff training systems.
