With the development of the market economy in China,the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce,and the competition among enterprises is transformed into the competition of talents in essence,and the best way to improve the quality of human resources is training.However,under the influence of the characteristics of small and medium enterprises and their own strength,the current situation of human resources training in small and medium-sized enterprises is not optimistic,and there are still many shortcomings.NYHB company is a small and medium-sized enterprise,after several years of development has formed a comprehensive quality of the team,however,due to the lack of professional human capital management methods,at present,the company has a number of problems in human resources,such as a large gap in the total amount of professional talents,the effect of human training is not significant,and so on.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to further optimize the staff training system for the NYHB company to improve the training effect and the human capital appreciation.This paper,using the methods of literature research,case analysis and research investigation,takes the NYHB company as the research object and follows the basic framework of "theoretical paving-questions-analysis problems-solving problems" and the status,problems,reasons,optimal design scheme and guarantee measures of the staff training system of the company.The analysis and research are carried out.This paper is divided into six chapters.The main contents are as follows: the first chapter introduces the background,significance,ideas and methods of the research.The second chapter mainly puts forward the related theoretical foundation,including the concept and content of employee training,the theory of employee training and the related research abroad.The third chapter mainly analyzes the training status of NYHB company and its employees,analyzes the problems of NYHB company in the training of employees,and makes an indepth analysis of the problems.The fourth chapter mainly puts forward the optimization system of staff training in NYHB company,the frame construction of the training system,the guiding ideology,the training system,the transformation of training results and the redesign of the staff training system of the NYHB company.The fifth chapter analyzes the guarantee measures for the optimization of the staff training system of NYHB company,mainly from strengthening the employees' input and understanding of training,creating a good training atmosphere,strengthening the management after training,and consolidating the optimization of the staff training system of the NYHB company.The sixth chapter is the summary of the full text,and the future research direction is also prospected.This research can provide reference and reference for the construction and improvement of employee training system in similar enterprises,which provides a good management system for the training of employees' quality,so as to provide support for the realization of enterprise strategy.
