As the advent of knowledge economy era,outstanding talents have become an important competitiveness between enterprises.These industries are knowledge-intensive,including municipal architecture design,management consulting,academic research.The companies need a high caliber of talent to maintain a competitive advantage.And the most important way is the staff training in the process of personnel training and development.The enterprises reserve talents resources and improve staff quality and ability through establishing efficient and scientific staff training system,so that it can improve operational efficiency and promote the implementation of corporate development strategy.Shaanxi SZ company is mainly responsible for urban and rural building design.The company spent a lot of money asking internal trainer and external lecturers to carry out a lot of staff training,but the improvement of performance doesn't work out.Therefore,the topic of the thesis comes from the enterprise.The purpose of research is to identify the existing problems and causes of the staff training system in Shaanxi SZ Company,to design a set of scientific and reasonable training system suitable for the company,and to put forward practical supporting measures.This dissertation enriches the content of the staff training system,especially the design of training organization and operation.The proposed action plan and implementation model can be used as a theoretical guide.In addition,it provides a constructive plan for staff training of Shaanxi SZ Company,and optimized staff training system is of great help to the company's staff training and strategy implementation.It also provides references for the same type of company.Thus,it has strong theoretical significance and practical value.The theoretical basis is mainly process of staff training,including training demands analysis,training plan formulation,training program implementation and training effectiveness evaluation,as well as classification and methods of staff training.The methods of literature analysis,case study and questionnaire are used to analyze the present situation,problems and reasons of staff training in Shaanxi SZ Company,to optimize the company's staff training system,and give supporting measures.The main results and conclusions are as follows:First,conclusion: The survey found that the main problems of staff training in Shaanxi SZ Company are: lack of demand analysis,simple training content and method,training formalization,imperfect training evaluation system,and the low transformation efficiency of training results.The reason why the above problems arise is that lack of top-level support,unreasonable training plan,lagging training organization and faculty construction,disconnection from other modules of human resource management,inadequate training supervision and feedback mechanisms.Second,main results: The staff training system in Shaanxi SZ Company is mainly designed from three aspects: training process,different types of employees,and organization and operation.According to the relevant theories of the training process,the staff training process system will be designed from demands analysis,plan formulation,program implementation,and effectiveness evaluation.The training content and training methods will be designed for newly recruited employees,professional employees,basic managers and middle managers.Based on training operation status,a specific action plan and implementation model was designed.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the staff training system of Shaanxi SZ Company,some measures are put forward,such as strengthening the construction of internal trainers,building a good training environment and establishing a standardized training system.There are still some deficiencies in this dissertation.The sources of the data are mainly field surveys,interviews with some employees,and existing literature materials.Many internal data of the company are difficult to obtain,resulting in a lack of depth in the analysis of the company's staff training system.It can be resolved by trying to seek the support of senior leaders within the organization.In addition,because the staff training system is affected by many complex factors such as trainers,trainees,company development strategy,corporate culture,and external market environment,the uncertainty is very large.Therefore,the current staff training system is not a panacea and not fixed.It is very necessary for the training level and management level of the company to have a systematic sense of innovation and exploratory spirit.Combined with the actual development of the company,the introduction of a group of high-quality training management experts and optimizing the training system enable it to play the role of "paving stone" and "leader" for the future development of the company.
