| As the "core assets" of insurance companies,insurance salesmen are the foundation of the company’s development and the main driving force of business growth.Therefore,it is a vital job for insurance companies to further optimize the training system of salesmen and improve their comprehensive quality through training.The paper takes the marketing staff training system of M Life Insurance Company as the research object,takes the adult learning theory,learning organization theory,Goldstein threelevel model and Koch four-level evaluation model as the research theoretical foundation,and uses the research methods of interview survey and questionnaire survey to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the current situation of the marketing staff training system starting from the basic situation of the company,the basic situation of the marketing staff,the current situation of the training system,the questionnaire and interview survey results.Through research and analysis,it is found that the company’s current training system has six problems: the analysis of training needs is not detailed enough,the training curriculum system is not optimized enough,the training methods are not rich enough,the training process management is not in place,the management of training instructors is not standardized,and the training effect evaluation mechanism is not perfect.The causes of the problems are studied.In order to solve the problems existing in the marketing staff training system of M Life Insurance Company,the paper proposes that the Company should,on the basis of following the strategic principle,practical principles,long-term principle and overall planning principle,optimize the training system by refining the training demand analysis,optimizing the training course system,improving and enriching the training methods,strengthening the supervision of the training process,standardizing the management of training instructors,and perfecting the training effect evaluation mechanism.In order to ensure the smooth development of the optimization work,the paper puts forward corresponding safeguard measures from four aspects of organization,capital,system and culture.It is hoped that the optimized marketing staff training system can help M Life Insurance Company to improve the training quality,and it is also hoped to provide reference for the optimization of marketing staff training system of other similar companies in the insurance industry. |
