Scheme Optimization Design On New Staff Training Of XJ Shipbuilding Enterprises Based On Competency Model

With the economic globalization process more and more rapidly, the global competition as a big market is becoming more and more fierce, China's manufacturing demographic dividend gradually disappear, human resources management from a simple job placement into a more and more attention to staff competencies. The company hopes that every employee can play the greatest potential in the work of the optimal performance. In order to improve new employees work performance, we develop various program which is customized by each individual's capacity, personality and knowledge.Thereby enhancing the performance of new employees. Therefore, the training system designed for competency analysis has become an urgent need for many enterprises to design training courses.XJ shipbuilding is a large state-owned shipbuilding enterprise founded earlier in China. Compared with other enterprises, XJ shipbuilding industry is more urgently needed to optimize the training plan for new employees. This program helps new employees in specific area. The article which reveals the model of employee capacity shows the new strategy to educate new employees.The new employee training program of XJ shipbuilding enterprise designed in this paper can help the company to improve the training effect of the new staff, optimize the human resources and give full play to the intelligence of the staff.
