Rapid development in today’s society,present the trend that accelerated multiplication,enhance China’s status in the world rankings,as China is constantly in line with international standards,the test to the enterprise more strongly.The competition of today social enterprise,the most powerful competition is talent competition.The mobile communication industry belongs to the science and technology enterprises,and the rapid development of the society is more important to the enterprises of science and technology.Jilin branch of a mobile terminal to major telecommunications industry competition,the enterprise is very important for talent management,realize the importance of staff training,can be useful in the competition in the enterprise core competitiveness.Jilin mobile terminal branch of the staff training system also has many deficiencies,to the company as the research subject,this paper hope through effort earnest research to find out problems and put forward the corresponding solutions.In this paper,based on the theory of human resources training,through to the jilin mobile terminal branch of the training system for research,mainly through individual survey method and questionnaire investigation,all levels of staff for a moving company to investigate,more detailed understanding of the terminal branch staff training present situation,and further analyzes the problems existing in the training of the firm in question.For jilin terminal branch of the training problem analysis has four aspects,problems,course with aspects of process operation problem,teacher reserve problems,organization and management issues,and through the training process operation optimization,the optimization of training courses,training teachers of optimization and organization and management aspects of the optimization design to improve the company’s training system,and on this basis,put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion,the solution of the problem and put forward the corresponding,designed a set of suitable for the company staff training method.This article through to the jilin mobile terminal branch of the problems existing in the human resources training,hope to be able to help the company solve some insufficient in staff training,improve staff training mechanism,establishing an effective training system,improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,create greater benefits for the company.
