Recently,the quality requirements for employees are growing,especially under the circumstance of the reform of state-owned enterprises(SOEs).However,due to various reasons,the staff-training of SOEs in our country has been lagging behind,which directly lead to inadequate development of SOEs’ employee quality and further restrict their growth.In order to solve those problems of the staff-training of SOEs,the key lies in making efficient training programs.Although articles related SOEs’ staff-training by Chinese scholars have been increasing in recent years,including the theoretical research and monographic research,for individual case about thorough investigation of SOEs’ staff-training is less.In-depth case studies of SOEs’ staff-training plays an important role.Therefore,taking A company of Quanzhou as an example,there are a series of problems of A company of Quanzhou training system,such as lack of scientific training supervision mechanism,low training pertinence,low training budget and so on.There are so many reasons can be found to analyze these problems in its staff-training system,such as lack of attention on training,analysis of training needs are not enough,training evaluation system is imperfect and so on.I would like to optimize the training system for this company from the following aspect training need analysis 、 program design 、 organizing and implementing 、 training effect evaluation and training system.The relatively reasonable training system which also combine its situation with the theory of Human Resource Management,then it explain the security system for implement training.And the training system can provide reference for other SOEs. |
