| Digitalization is an important means for manufacturing companies to respond to changes in the external environment and enhance their competitiveness.However,the implementation effect of digitalization in my country’s manufacturing enterprises is not satisfactory.Digital maturity evaluation can help enterprises accurately understand the status quo of digitalization,clarify the direction of improvement,and promote digitalization more effectively.However,under the new practice of digital development of manufacturing enterprises,the existing digital maturity evaluation system of manufacturing enterprises still needs to strengthen theoretical support,design more appropriate evaluation dimensions and indicators,and build a more effective evaluation system.This paper first introduces the research background and research significance of the digital maturity of manufacturing enterprises,sorts out the relevant domestic and foreign research on the evaluation of digital maturity of manufacturing enterprises,on this basis,puts forward the research ideas and research framework of this paper,and expounds the research of this paper Innovation.Secondly,the related concepts of digitalization of manufacturing enterprises and the basic elements of the maturity evaluation model are introduced,and the research content of dynamic capability theory and its applicability in the evaluation of digital maturity of manufacturing enterprises are sorted out.Thirdly,by summarizing the digital maturity related index system and relevant research,starting from the perspective of dynamic capabilities,combined with the text analysis method,three first-level indicators including digital percep tion and acquisition,digital integration and reconstruction,digital collaboration and cooperation and corresponding indicators are preliminarily determined.The digital maturity evaluation system of manufacturing enterprises composed of secondary and tertiary indicators uses expert review and exploratory factor analysis to modify and determine the digital maturity evaluation index system of manufacturing enterprises.Then,use the GA-AHP method and the entropy weight method to give weights to the various indicators in the evaluation system,borrow the maturity level divided in the national standard intelligent manufacturing maturity,and obtain the corresponding evaluation system proposed in this paper by refining and expanding its connotation.The digital maturity level of manufacturing enterprises.Finally,use the maturity evaluation model proposed in this paper to evaluate the status quo of M enterprise’s digital maturity,and put forward development suggestions for it according to the evaluation results.The digital maturity evaluation system of manufacturing enterprises proposed in this paper can help manufacturing enterprises accurately understand their own digital status,clarify the direction of improvement,and promote digital development more effectively. |
