A Study On Enterprise Informatization Capability Maturity Measurement Model

With the fast economic development, the information technology and the industry urges the productive forces modernization in the social each domain widespread seepage, which causes the production life style, the thought behavior way as well as people's value idea have a big transform, and finally causes the enterprise, the industry even society's Informatization. However, Informatization is a dynamic development process growing from immaturity to maturity, from imperfection to perfection, in which constant improvement is required.Based on the Enterprise Informatization Measurement Model, the research extends both its content and system by performing measurement analysis with reference to the multi-layer framework of Enterprise Informatization Capability Maturity Model (EICMM) from the following 4 aspects of Enterprise Informatization, the standard, the quality, the capability and the feasibility. The research focuses on the detailed analysis of the idea and model of EICMM, provides relevant measurement paths, and helps enterprises cope with the problems arising from Informatization.This article is divided in five chapters: The first three chapters is mainly about the research background, the Informatization measurement theory, the Informatization development situation, the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy judgment method, which have macroscopically summarized the domestic and foreign Informatization development present situation as well as the difficulty of the Informatization measurement. Then, in the next fourth and fifth chapter it concretely describes the idea and the content of Enterprise Informatization Capability Maturity Measurement Model, and provides detailed data analysis to confirm the feasibility and practicality of this model. Through this model, enterprises could clearly recognize their problems in the Informatization, and make corresponding improvement to realize the rank promotion.
