| With the quickening of the process of economy, it is taken as a key to reduce cost and improve service advantage of the logistics activity for logistics improvement by many manufacturing enterprises. Meanwhile, with the appearing of third party logistics, third party logistics enterprises grow greatly, more and more manufacturing enterprises tend to outsource their logistics activities to professional logistics service providers.It is a worthy research topic to how to choose logistics service suppliers and how to evaluate the service ability.In this thesis,we discussed what is the meaning and what is the research situation at home and abroad of service capability. Facing manufacturing, we analyzed situation,problems,and development of modern manufacturing logistics in China, Reference to research results at home and abroad and index"How to classify and evaluate Logistics Enterprises",we researched the evaluation index system of service capacity about third-party logistics enterprises facing manufacturing; and using software Capability Maturity Model,we constructed a service Capability Maturity Model of third-party logistics companies;at the same time,using statistical analysis software SPSS,we verified the rationality of service capacity evaluation index system; last, combining AHP and fuzzy math, we built a fuzzy compositive evaluation model of service capacity to achieve evaluation about sevice capability of the third-party logistics enterprises by qualitative and quantitative methods.The evaluation model provided reference to how to rationally choose logistics service providers for manufacturing.Through the models,logistics service enterprises based on self-evaluation, can find key factors what affect service capability. Further,by controlling the factors,we can change service capability of enterprises, promote joint development of manufacturing and logistics,achieve win-win. |
