With the development of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence,the concept of intelligent manufacturing has emerged,and the transformation of traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing is also the general trend.In such a big environment,The country has put forward a series of development strategies to help the transformation of traditional manufacturing industries.Manufacturing is a pillar industry in my country.The realization of intelligent manufacturing can realize internal upgrading of enterprises,reshape competitive advantages,and improve the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.The evaluation of the maturity of intelligent manufacturing capability can comprehensively locate the maturity level of the enterprise,help the enterprise to clearly position,identify the gap,take measures to improve the level of intelligence,and help my country change from a "manufacturing power" to a "manufacturing power".The central region undertakes east and west,runs through north and south,and is rich in resources.The improvement of its intelligence level plays a key role in our country.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the maturity of intelligent manufacturing capabilities of companies in the central region.This paper takes listed companies in six provinces in the central region as the research object.First of all,this paper makes a comprehensive review of the research status of intelligent manufacturing capability maturity at home and abroad,and builds an evaluation index system for intelligent manufacturing capability maturity based on five dimensions of personnel,technology,resources,manufacturing,and operations.Based on the weight of the evaluation index,an evaluation model is constructed based on the grey relational degree-TOPSIS method.Then,taking the data of listed companies in the central region from 2016 to 2020 as a sample,a comprehensive evaluation is made on the maturity of intelligent manufacturing capabilities of listed companies,and the validity of the evaluation model is tested.Finally,according to the results of the empirical model,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low development level of intelligent manufacturing capability maturity,and puts forward relevant suggestions from the enterprise level,the government level,and the university level.In this way,the core competitiveness of enterprises will be enhanced,and the maturity level of intelligent manufacturing capabilities of listed companies in the central region will be improved.
