| The key to the strategy of building a strong agricultural country and rural revitalization strategy lies in training a high-quality team of farmers to promote high-quality agricultural development.High-quality farmer training is an important means to build a high-quality farmer team,and performance evaluation is a necessary link.The performance evaluation of high-quality farmer training is not only an important reference for government departments to implement high-quality farmer training work,but also an important basis for various training institutions to improve training.It is also an important way to improve the quality of high-quality farmer training.Nanyang is not only an important agricultural and grain producing city in China,but also the largest agricultural city with the largest area and the largest population in Henan Province.This paper takes Nanyang City as an example,analyzes the current situation of high-quality farmer training in Nanyang City,evaluates the performance of training,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of high-quality farmer training in Nanyang City.Through the investigation of the current situation of high-quality farmers’ training in Nanyang City,the current situation of training is summarized from the aspects of training subjects,training types,training contents,training models,training classes and training processes.Based on the summary of relevant research theories,combined with the local development characteristics of Nanyang City,and referring to relevant performance evaluation theories and models,the performance evaluation index system of high-quality farmer training in Nanyang City is constructed.The performance evaluation indicator system starts from the three dimensions of overall training satisfaction,comprehensive ability improvement,and comprehensive benefit improvement.A total of 11 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators are designed.The AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to weight the three-level index system.Through the preparation of the questionnaire,770 students who have participated in the training of high-quality farmers in Nanyang City were randomly sampled,and the questionnaire data passed the reliability and validity test.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the performance of the training of high-quality farmers in Nanyang City,and the final score was 3.8,between 3 average and 4 relatively satisfactory.From the overall performance evaluation results,the training of high-quality farmers in Nanyang City has made certain achievements,not only improving the students’ knowledge,technology and income,but also promoting the students to make contributions in economic,social and ecological benefits.Finally,in order to improve the quality of high-quality farmer training in Nanyang City,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the top-level design of high-quality farmer training: establish a diversified high-quality farmer training market,improve the high-quality farmer training security mechanism,and optimize the high-quality farmer training project design.Strengthen the management innovation of high-quality farmer training: develop accurate student selection mechanism,build high-quality farmer information platform,and improve the performance evaluation system of high-quality farmer training.Accelerate the optimization of high-quality farmers’ training mode: design training programs based on training needs,implement training programs based on farmers’ learning characteristics,and carry out tracking and guidance services based on practical needs.Improve the policy support for high-quality farmers’ training: encourage and support the transfer and concentration of agricultural land to high-quality farmers,innovate and strengthen the financial support for high-quality farmers,and improve and innovate the scientific and technological service mechanism for high-quality farmers’ entrepreneurship. |
