| The key to rural revitalization is the revitalization of talents,and cultivating highquality farmers is an important way to strengthen the construction of rural talent teams,which is conducive to the process of agricultural and rural modernization development,and is a new task and new requirement for the cultivation of farmers.Liaoning is a major agricultural province in Northeast China,focusing on cultivating a team of highquality farmers with culture,technical understanding,good management and management skills,with grain,fruit trees and other advantages and characteristic industries as key areas.However,in the cultivation process,a series of practical problems have hindered the development of Liaoning Province high-quality farmers cultivating and restricted the process of agricultural and rural modernization.Supported by human capital theory,competence-based theory and the theory of lifelong education,this thesis uses literature research,survey research method and comparative analysis to analyze The development experience of domestic and foreign rural vocational education,to sort out relevant materials of farmer cultivation work,to summarize the current situation of high-quality farmer cultivation in Liaoning Province,to find the existing problems,and to analyze the causes.On the basis of macro-learning of foreign vocational farmer training models and micro-learning of successful experience in the cultivation of high-quality farmers in other parts of the country,it proposes government-led,multi-party cultivation carrier coordination and diversified input,to ensure the guarantee of capital and facilities,according to demand,improve the standardization of the cultivation system,implement policies,innovate the cultivation mode precision and professional identity,in order to provide valuable reference ideas and practical operation methods for the cultivation of high-quality farmers in Liaoning province,we can improve the comprehensive cultivation of cultivation quality and other optimization strategies. |
