| China’s development has shifted from quantity-oriented to quality-oriented,and the main social contradiction has transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the imbalance and insufficiency.At present,the most unbalanced development is between urban and rural areas,and the most inadequate development is in the countryside.For this reason,the 20 th Party Congress report clearly put forward the requirements related to agriculture and rural areas,such as "comprehensively promoting the revitalization of rural areas and adhering to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas" and "accelerating the building of a strong agricultural country".In 2020,Shandong Province will become the first province with total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery exceeding trillion,with total agricultural machinery power of about 110 million kilowatts and 10,200 agricultural enterprises above the scale,ranking first in China,and total grain output reaching54.47 million tons,accounting for 16% of the country,highlighting the hard-core strength of Shandong’s agricultural development.In addition,Shandong Province also attaches great importance to rural development,with 19 counties and cities on the list of "2020 China’s Top 100 Demonstration Counties and Cities for Rural Revitalization",the highest number in China.Therefore,clarifying the mechanism of the convergence between high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization strategy and analyzing its influencing factors can help guide the general rural areas to achieve comprehensive revitalization and create a model of Qilu for China’s agricultural and rural modernization development.This paper will analyze the relationship and mechanism between high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization with the guidance of the theory of transformation of traditional agriculture,the theory of multifunctionality of agriculture,the theory of sustainable development and the theory of coupling and coordination,and use the statistical data of Shandong Province from 2011 to 2020 to measure and analyze the level of convergence between high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization by using the coupling and coordination degree model;adopt the SDM model to The SDM model was used to analyze the factors influencing the effective linkage between high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization in Shandong Province.The results of the study show that the level of linkage between high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization in Shandong Province is always between 0.5 and 0.7,and shows a stable increasing trend,and based on the development trend of each city,it is found that the linkage development of 16 cities is mainly divided into four types;the level of linkage shows the spatial distribution characteristics of "high coastal and low inland".The cities with high connectivity levels show the characteristics of polarization and peripheral spreading depending on the center of the urban agglomeration,while most of the cities with low connectivity levels are located in the central part of Lu.Sustainable development and urbanization significantly contribute to the effective connection between high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization in Shandong Province,and there are significant spatial effects of sustainable development,urbanization,rural water conservancy facilities and branding on high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization in Shandong Province.Based on this,we propose countermeasures to improve the effective linkage between high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization in five aspects: improving the capacity of practitioners,insisting on sustainable development,strengthening the construction of rural water conservancy facilities,improving the level of urbanization and improving the value of branded products. |
