Research On Cultivation Of High-quality Farmers In Yongnian District Of Handan City

The cultivation of high-quality farmers is the premise and guarantee for the realization of rural vitalization.The cultivation of high-quality farmers can continuously import labor force suitable for the modernization development of agriculture and rural areas for rural vitalization,and expand the talent team for rural vitalization.However,due to the huge gap between urban and rural development,more and more high-quality rural labor force outflow,rural revitalization and development is faced with the problem of talent shortage,and the key to solve this problem is to cultivate high-quality farmers who conform to the new era of agriculture and rural development.Yongnian is the hometown of vegetables in China.Since the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,it has vigorously developed the vegetable industry and constantly reformed the mode of agricultural development.The economic construction has achieved rapid development.The government of Yongnian District of Handan City constantly explores and practices the cultivation of high-quality farmers,and has achieved certain results in the cultivation of high-quality farmers,but there are some problems in the cultivation process.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and summarize the problems and reasons in the cultivation of high-quality farmers in Yongnian district,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to better improve the cultivation of high-quality farmers in Yongnian District,and cultivate more high-quality farmers suitable for the development of Yongnian countryside and modern agriculture.This thesis mainly uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method and other research methods to carry out research.Firstly,it discusses the research background and purpose significance of the cultivation of highquality farmers,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and briefly expounds the main concepts and theoretical basis of the cultivation of high-quality farmers under the background of rural revitalization.Secondly,this thesis conducts a questionnaire survey on the current situation of high-quality farmer cultivation in Yongnian District,the main practices and results of high-quality farmer cultivation in Yongnian District and analyzes the problems of high-quality farmer cultivation in Yongnian District of Handan City under the background of rural revitalization.The cultivation object is imprecise,the training content is institutionalized and the cultivation form is single.The main reasons for these problems are that the government does not pay enough attention to them,lacks publicity and guidance,does not select the cultivation objects,ignores the needs of farmers and lacks innovation.Combined with the experience and enlightenment of the cultivation of high-quality farmers in other parts of China,the thesis proposes that the government should attach importance to and introduce various forces.Multiple means,increase the intensity of publicity;Screening in advance and implementing precise cultivation;In-depth research and selected cultivation content;Pay attention to innovation,enrich the form of cultivation;The government should lead and improve the supporting policies to promote the development of high-quality farmer cultivation in Yongnian District,Handan City,and help the rural revitalization of Yongnian District.
