| The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy provides a programmatic document for solving the "three rural issues" in China’s new era,and farmers’ professional cooperatives,as the main body of new agricultural management, are economic organizations rooted in rural areas, the main body of industry is agriculture, and the service objects are farmers, which is of great significance to solving China’s "three rural issues".Farmers’ professional cooperatives can promote agricultural development, drive farmers to increase income, and play a positive role in the realization of rural revitalization strategy. However, because the number of farmers’ professional cooperatives is increasing, but there are many but not refined phenomena, there are problems such as small scale and low level of profitability, and farmers’ professional cooperatives urgently need to change from quantitative growth to qualitative growth. Therefore, performance is an obvious standard for measuring the level of farmers’ professional cooperatives, and the improvement of performance level can promote the improvement of the operational capacity of farmers’ professional cooperatives, increase farmers’ income, and help rural economic living standards to a new level. In the long run,the performance evaluation and analysis of influencing factors of farmers’ professional cooperatives can help farmers’ professional cooperatives avoid problems and point out the correct way forward, which is conducive to breaking through the development dilemma and sustainable and stable development. The first part of this paper first analyzes the current environment of farmers’ professional cooperatives and expounds the significance of performance evaluation of farmers’ professional cooperatives. The current status of research at home and abroad is expounded, and the existing research results and shortcomings are summarized. The second part sorts out the specific concepts and theoretical foundations. The third part analyzes the mechanism of farmers’ professional cooperatives in promoting rural revitalization. The fourth part elaborates on the development status of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Yunnan Province, constructs the performance index evaluation system of farmers’ professional cooperatives, five second-level indicators and nineteen third-level indicators, calculates the index weights by analytic hierarchy method, and then calculates the comprehensive performance index by TOPSIS method.Through performance evaluation and analysis,it is concluded that the overall performance level of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Yunnan Province is at a low level, the development is uneven, and the gap between farmers’ professional cooperatives is large. In the fifth part, the linear regression model is used to analyze the influencing factors of performance level, and four influencing factors are selected as independent variables and comprehensive performance index is selected as the dependent variable by policy factors and the factors of farmers’ professional cooperatives themselves, and the model analysis results show that policy support and the number of members are significant factors affecting the performance level of farmers’ professional cooperatives. The sixth part puts forward four targeted suggestions to increase policy support and optimize the development environment;Expand the size of the company and develop talent strategies;Establish brand awareness and develop characteristic products;Strengthen pilot demonstrations and cultivate exemplary role models. |
