| In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy was first proposed.Against the backdrop of rural revitalization,farmers’ cooperatives have become a new type of business entity promoting China’s transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,playing an important role in solving the "three rural" problems and ensuring the stable development of rural society.Since China’s economy has shifted towards high-quality development,farmers’ cooperatives have also developed towards high-quality development.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again clearly emphasizes the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,which means that rural revitalization has entered a stage of comprehensive promotion.This provides good development opportunities for the high-quality development of farmers’ cooperatives,and also faces many practical challenges for their high-quality development.Therefore,the current primary task of farmers’ cooperatives is to solve the practical problems that restrict the high-quality development of farmers’ cooperatives in the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,find ways to promote their high-quality development,and thus promote the realization of the goal of agricultural and rural modernization.This article is divided into five parts.The first part explains the research background,significance,related concept definition,research innovation points and shortcomings,and proposes the definition of high-quality development of farmers’ cooperatives,which can meet the needs of farmers’ cooperatives in modern agricultural transformation under the guidance of rural revitalization strategy.It reflects the effective promotion of agricultural and rural modernization by farmers’ cooperatives and explains its four aspects of connotation.The second part clarifies the theoretical basis for the development of farmers’ cooperatives by combing the ideas of Marxist classical writers and CPC about cooperatives.The third part systematically clarifies the hundred year historical process of the development of farmers’ cooperatives and points out the characteristics of standardized and diversified development in the current high-quality development stage of farmers’ cooperatives by combing the practice of farmers’ cooperatives under the leadership of the CPC.The fourth part analyzes the five practical challenges faced by promoting high-quality development of farmers’ cooperatives at the current stage,including low marketization level,low level of organization,and limited professional development,based on the background of rural revitalization.The fifth part explores the dialectical relationship between rural revitalization strategy and farmers’ cooperatives,pointing out that rural revitalization strategy provides guidance for the high-quality development of farmers’ cooperatives from both theoretical and practical levels,and provides effective measures and case evidence to promote the high-quality development of farmers’ cooperatives within the framework of the five major revitalization strategies. |
