Research On The Internal Logic And Path Of The Third Distribution To Promote Common Prosperity In The New Development

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism.In the new stage of development,steadily promoting common prosperity is an important goal of building a modern socialist country in China.The third distribution is an important part of China’s income distribution system,which is mainly driven by social morality and guided by social mechanisms.In the process of firmly promoting common prosperity,the third distribution is a supplement to primary distribution and redistribution,which not only stimulates the internal motivation of common prosperity,narrows the gap between the rich and the poor,alleviates social contradictions,but also plays a very important role in promoting social justice and justice.It is necessary to pay attention to the role of the third distribution in promoting common prosperity and seek new ideas to promote the healthy development of philanthropy.Chapter I,Introduction.The background of topic selection,research purpose and research significance,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and research methods,innovation points and limitations of research were introduced.The overall conceptual layout of this paper is discussed.The second chapter provides a theoretical overview of the scientific connotation and characteristics of the third distribution and common prosperity,compares and analyzes the third distribution with the primary distribution and redistribution,and explains the characteristics of the third distribution different from the previous two distributions and the third distribution itself from four aspects: distribution subject,operation mode,essential characteristics and distribution principles.Then,the theoretical basis for the development of the third distribution and its support for common prosperity are discussed,which are Marx and Engels’ theory of common prosperity,the theory of the essence of socialism,the theory of fairness and justice,and the theory of Marx’s income distribution.The relationship between the third distribution of development and common prosperity was clarified.The third chapter is a historical review and current situation of the exploration and development of the third distribution from the founding of New China.Review the four historical stages since the founding of New China and sum up our past historical experience.From the beginning of not being accepted by the government and society,to the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the third distribution was officially written into the national document,indicating that it has become an important focus for adhering to and improving China’s basic distribution system in the coming period,and will make important contributions to promoting common prosperity.Chapter 4 expounds the internal logic of the third distribution in the new development stage to promote common prosperity.First,the third distribution is intrinsically consistent with the goal of common prosperity.Second,the development of the third distribution is an inevitable choice to improve China’s income distribution system.After that,the relationship between production and distribution is analyzed,production determines distribution,the contradictory movement of productive forces and production relations determines the change and development of the income distribution system,and the third distribution is the result of the contradictory movement of productive forces and production relations in the new development stage.Finally,the scientific and rational nature of the third distribution development is discussed from the shared development concept among the five new development concepts.The concept of shared development includes sharing by all,comprehensive sharing,co-construction and sharing,and gradual sharing.The third distribution correspondingly reflects the shared development concept from the four aspects of common prosperity of the whole people,comprehensive common prosperity,common construction and gradual common prosperity,which is an inevitable choice for promoting common prosperity in the new development stage.Chapter 5 summarizes the practice model of the third distribution support for common prosperity in the new development stage,taking Internet charity as an example,there are four modes: fundraising model,purchase model,service model and traffic model,and using SWOT analysis method and case analysis method to compare and explain the characteristics,development advantages and disadvantages,risks and opportunities of the four practice models.Chapter 6,based on the above analysis and research,points out that there are still problems in the current stage of development,such as imperfect institutional mechanisms,urgent need for transformation and upgrading of the fields and methods involved in the third distribution,and low participation in the third distribution,which affects the implementation of the third distribution to support common prosperity.Chapter 7,after analyzing the various dilemmas of promoting common prosperity through the third distribution,this paper puts forward the path options to promote the third distribution and participate in common prosperity from three aspects: establishing and improving the mechanism of the third distribution to return to society,exploring and improving the innovative mechanism of the third distribution to promote common prosperity,strengthening the main body of philanthropy,and broadening the volume and scope of the third distribution,in order to provide certain countermeasures and suggestions for the contemporary development of the third distribution,the improvement of the income distribution system,and the promotion of common prosperity.
