In The New Stage Of Development To Promote The Study Of Common Prosperity

The Communist Party of China led the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects through a century-long struggle,and made historic progress in lifting the Chinese people out of absolute poverty.The building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects means that the Communist Party of China(CPC)leads the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in launching a new stage of development to fully build China into a great modern socialist country,thus solving the problem of common prosperity for the Chinese people.It is on the above historical premise that this paper establishes the main issue of the research--the new development stage is the foothold of this paper,and the new development stage is the core of this paper.In this paper,the in-depth study of promoting common prosperity in the new development stage mainly includes four aspects: the theoretical basis of promoting common prosperity in the new development stage;In the new stage of development,the ideas,standards and principles of promoting common prosperity are deeply promoted;The practical consideration of promoting common prosperity in the new development stage;In the new stage of development,measures are being taken to promote common prosperity.Based on the above research,this paper draws scientific and objective conclusions.This paper holds that the theoretical basis of promoting common prosperity in the new stage of development mainly comes from three aspects: first,the theoretical origin of common prosperity in traditional Chinese culture;Second,the theoretical preparation of marxist classical writers on common prosperity;Third,the development of sinicized Marxism theory on common prosperity.The ideal of great harmony,the thought of people’s livelihood and the thought of equalization in traditional Chinese culture are the ideological enlightenment and cultural foundation of common prosperity.Marx and Engels’ theory of mode of production,productive forces and relations of production provide scientific theoretical preparation for common prosperity,that is,mode of production is the condition to achieve common prosperity,productive forces is the driving force to achieve common prosperity,and relations of production is the foundation to achieve common prosperity.The sinicization of marxist on the basis of common prosperity thoughts of Marx and Engels formed the system of common prosperity theory,its theoretical core is closely around the interests of the people,the common prosperity and socialist system attributes,the combination of common prosperity is the development goal of socialism is put forward,and the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics;At the same time,it combines common prosperity with the practice of China’s reform and opening up and puts forward that the only way to achieve common prosperity is to liberate and develop productive forces.This paper holds that the idea of promoting common prosperity in the new stage of development mainly focuses on the direction and dimension,specifically,focusing on the vertical and horizontal advancement of people’s enjoyment of wealth and the two systems,focusing on the quantitative dimension,quality dimension and balance dimension of people’s enjoyment of wealth.In view of the above ideas,this paper constructs the measurement standard and action principle for comprehensively promoting common prosperity in the new development stage.The measurement standard includes the bottom line standard of people’s enjoyment of wealth and development standard.The action principle is reflected in the subjective efforts of people,objective guarantee of social system and scientific development speed.This paper argues that the practical considerations for further promoting common prosperity in the new stage of development include the achievements made by the Communist Party of China in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and the challenges faced by the Communist Party of China in continuing to lead the Chinese people in building a great modern socialist country in an all-round way.The achievements we have made in completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects are as follows: the level of wealth created by the country as a whole and the level of wealth enjoyed by the people have reached unprecedented heights in the history of the Chinese nation,and these achievements constitute the foundation and starting point for further promoting common prosperity in the new stage of development.The challenges we face in building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects are as follows: the quality of wealth created by the country as a whole and the balance of wealth enjoyed by the people urgently need to be improved,and the challenges we face in further development constitute bottlenecks that must be overcome to further promote common prosperity in the new stage of development.Based on the challenges,this paper puts forward four measures to promote common prosperity in the new stage of development: improving the quality of economic development,insisting on the dominant position of public ownership economy,improving the distribution level,and deepening the reform of socialist market economy.This paper argues that the measures to improve the quality of economic development and promote common prosperity should focus on implementing the new development concept,basing on the new development stage and constructing the new development pattern.The measures to uphold the dominant position of public economy and promote common prosperity should focus on the diversification of public ownership,the preservation and appreciation of public assets,and the sharing of development achievements of public economy.The measures to improve the distribution level and promote common prosperity should focus on improving the efficiency of primary distribution,paying attention to the fairness of redistribution and giving play to the role of tertiary distribution.Measures to deepen the reform of the socialist market economy and promote common prosperity should focus on giving full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation and the role of the government.According to the above research content,the research framework of this paper is divided into six chapters.Respectively is the introduction part of the new stage in the development,further promote the common prosperity to define the concept of new stage in the development,further promote the common prosperity of theoretical basis,the main content of the new stage of development further promoting common prosperity,the new stage of development further promote the common prosperity of realistic considerations new stage in the development,further promote the common prosperity to the challenge.The innovation of this paper lies in that the previous research is based on the study of common prosperity while the research of this paper is based on the study of common prosperity after the comprehensive building of a moderately prosperous society.The deficiencies of this paper are mainly reflected in the excessive emphasis on abstract theory research and the lack of practical investigation.
