Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Common Prosperity In Henan Province In The New Development Stage

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,a concentrated manifestation of the superiority of the socialist system,and an important component of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The new development stage is a new starting point of the primary stage of socialism in China,and also a critical stage for the CPC to achieve common prosperity.This requires that we must accurately grasp the theoretical basis and scientific connotation of common prosperity,and formulate a reasonable and feasible path to achieve common prosperity.This article deeply analyzes the scientific connotation of common prosperity,based on the three new characteristics of development,sharing,and sustainability,and constructs an evaluation index system based on eight dimensions: material prosperity,spiritual prosperity,development commonality,and infrastructure improvement.It comprehensively uses entropy method and TOPSIS method to measure the development level of common prosperity in various cities in Henan Province from 2011 to 2020.Subsequently,based on panel data,it selects digital inclusive finance Six indicators,including the degree of openness to the outside world and the income gap between urban and rural areas,explore the mechanism of common prosperity development in Henan Province,and further use spatial statistical models to study the spatial aggregation effect and spatial spillover effect of common prosperity in Henan Province.Finally,based on the research conclusions,propose countermeasures and suggestions for the development of common prosperity in Henan Province.The results show that:(1)The overall development of common prosperity in Henan Province is steadily improving,and the comprehensive index is gradually improving,and the indexes of development,sharing and sustainability are also showing a rising trend year by year.(2)There are regional differences in the comprehensive realization degree of common prosperity and the development level of the first level sub index in various cities of Henan Province,which generally shows a trend of weak in the east and strong in the west,poor in the east and rich in the west.The realization degree of common prosperity in western and northern Henan is higher than that in eastern and southern Henan.From the secondary indicators,inclusive public services,sound social security and rich spiritual life have almost become important factors restricting the development of common prosperity in all cities.(3)Digital inclusive finance,the level of human capital,and industrial transformation and upgrading have all positively promoted the development of common prosperity to varying degrees.The urban-rural income gap has a negative inhibitory effect on common prosperity,which weakens with the increase of the quantile,while the financial self-sufficiency ability has changed from promoting to inhibiting the common prosperity with the increase of the quantile.(4)The common prosperity index of all cities in Henan Province has a positive spatial correlation and presents a spatial agglomeration effect.Overall,the development level of common prosperity in the west is higher than that in the east,and the low index agglomeration area of common prosperity moves from the southeast to the east.(5)There is a positive spatial spillover effect on the development level of common prosperity in Henan Province.
