Abstract/Summary:
The current commercial real estate market has shifted from an incremental market to a stock market and from an investment market to a consumption market.High-quality development has also become the key word for the development of the commercial real estate industry.With the continuous improvement and optimization of national policies on commercial real estate,the industry is undergoing comprehensive reform and innovation,gradually building a new development pattern,and structural reform is also pushing the commercial real estate industry from a traditional profit-driven mechanism to a benefit mechanism based on operational quality and brand influence to obtain investment returns.As a commercial real estate enterprise,J Company is an important driving force for its group company to achieve strategic objectives.Since its establishment in 2016,it has been operating under a performance-oriented extensive operation mode.Due to the nature of the commercial real estate industry,middle managers’ leadership is an important carrier of J Company’s performance.With the deepening of the market,the commercial real estate market environment and competition pattern,organizational business growth mode and management operation mode,innovation ability,customer demand,and corporate performance standards are all undergoing fundamental changes.In order to strengthen the leadership of middle managers,the company launched a leadership training program,but the effect was not ideal.This article first sorts out the theories related to J Company’s middle management leadership training problems.Based on this theoretical basis,and based on the industry,current situation,and organizational structure of J Company,the article uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of middle management leadership training programs and diagnose problems with the program,including low participation enthusiasm,lack of effectiveness in training implementation,low matching between training and competency,loose course system and single form,and difficulty in converting training results into actual performance.On this basis,we further explore the reasons for the problems to optimize the project.This article proposes corresponding optimization strategies from four dimensions: demand analysis,middle management leadership competency model,training course design,training effect evaluation,and development,starting from the characteristics of the commercial real estate industry.Finally,we explore J Company’s guarantee measures for improving the effectiveness of the leadership training program,aiming to make the best use of resources and help the development of middle management leadership training and development.This article aims to study how to optimize J Company’s middle management leadership training program to improve training effectiveness and help the company’s development.
