No matter what kind of enterprise,the middle-level managers have the dual roles of leaders and subordinates,and play a very important role in the enterprise.They are the bridge and link between the high-level managers and the grass-roots managers and employees,and the indispensable intermediate force for the development of the enterprise.They are both executors and decision makers to a certain extent.Therefore,their professional ethics,ability level,professionalism and work quality directly affect the performance of enterprises and even the future development of enterprises.In many enterprises,some middle-level managers lack systematic learning of middle and senior business management professional knowledge,mostly through exploring and accumulating management experience in enterprise management practice,so that their management may be less systematic and scientific,and also often due to the lack of systematic and advanced management knowledge,resulting in work errors or low efficiency of enterprise management,which brings to enterprises Loss of time,money,opportunities,etc.Modern human capital theory tells us that the training of middle-level managers is a kind of human capital investment,and it is the most valuable investment in enterprises.In recent years,ctjt company has gradually realized the importance of middle-level management training.Although it has made some management attempts,there are still many problems in the process of middle-level management training.These problems are puzzling the enterprise,greatly affecting the effect of the company's middle-level management training,and also directly affecting the improvement of the company's middle-level management comprehensive ability.Therefore,it is necessary to do systematic and scientific research on ctjt company's middle-level management training,so as to improve the company's training management level.Based on the relevant theories of economics and management,this paper studies the current situation of ctjt company's middle-level management training by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,and makes statistical analysis of the data obtained.On the basis of mastering the current situation of ctjt company's middle-level management training more accurately,the main problems existing in the company's middle-level management training are analyzed The main problems are:(1)the lack of understanding of the training of middle-level managers;(2)the lack of scientific identification of the training needs of middle-level managers;(3)the unscientific formulation of training plans;(4)the relatively single training content and form;(5)the lack of a scientific and effective training evaluation mechanism;(6)the transformation of training results into a mere formality The effect is not obvious.The main reasons for these problems are: the company has misunderstandings about the training management of middle-level managers;it has not used scientific methods to accurately analyze the training needs;it lacks guidance methods for the development of training plans for middle-level managers;it is not deep enough to refine and create training content forms;it has not found the tools and carriers for the establishment of training evaluation mechanisms;it has not yet established science Effective management methods for the transformation and assessment of training achievements,etc.Combined with the actual management situation of the company,this paper attempts to introduce the competency model of middle-level management personnel,and based on this,the following countermeasures are designed for improving the training management of middle-level management personnel in ctjt company:(1)further improving the understanding of middle-level management personnel training;(2)introducing the competency model of middle-level management personnel;(3)using scientific methods to accurately analyze the training needs;(4)Scientific development of training plan;(5)further innovation of training content and training form;(6)improvement of training evaluation mechanism;(7)improvement of training achievement transformation,etc.The research of this paper has direct practical guidance value for solving the problems of ctjt company's middle-level management training and improving the quality of training,and also provides reference for similar state-owned enterprises to improve the performance of middle-level management training.
