With the advent of the era of industrial 4.0, under the influence of the new economic era, with the rapid development of globalization and informatization environment, traditional manufacturing enterprise is facing huge impact and challenge. The survival and development of enterprise needs not only an acute smell to the product strategy and the competitive advantage of unique product differentiation but also the innovation and application of technology, the management of innovation and practice and the fast market response are all so on are indispensable constituent parts. And the one who can complete the work is soul of an enterprise- "Talents". Under the influence of Internet Plus and big data era, a lot of people think that accumulation, summarization and analysis are important parts of the enterprise’s future development, but the enterprise finally realize its value by practicing, and talent is the main part of the practice. Therefore, in the future process of enterprise development, as one of the core competitiveness, human resources advantage is more helpful for enterprises to meet the competitive challenge and opportunity, and gain the long-term value and the ability to survive.A complete enterprise management institution can generally be divided into: top managers of enterprise, middle managers of each department and grass-roots workers and the middle managers are the important component of enterprise organization system, are the bridge and link in organization system. Their existence makes the executives and the grassroots workers organically unify together as a whole, playing a crucial role. The achievement of enterprises strategic objectives, the high efficient running of enterprise management and the effective implementation of enterprisestrategic planning are all depended on the advantages of middle managers’ political literacy, high personal ability the strong comprehensive quality.By means of sampling survey and interview to FAW R&D Center’s 130 middle managers, some ways are found in the middle managers’ training system, but the system still has certain problems, such as lack of complete middle managers’ competency model, lack of scientific training needs analysis, lack of systematic training plan, the high randomness of training content, the one-sided evaluation of training effect, these series problems will affect the training and raise for middle managers of the key crowd, slow the growth of these people and inadaptation to enterprise development needs. To solve these problems, on the basis of in-depth analysis of its causes, form the optimized training scheme of middle management,perfect the middle managers’ competency model, based on the model in detail, the system of training demand analysis, design the middle manager training program, do the training in a reasonable and appropriate planned way, evaluate the training program and collect the feedbacks.In this paper, the research results can be used as a reference data for FAW R&D Center’s middle management training. Enrich the resource management method and process of FAW R&D Center. If this can be verified in the future human resource management of FAW R&D Center, which will do a great help to improve the enterprise core competitive ability.
