Research On Impact Of High Level Industrial On High Quality Development Of Chengdu-Chongqing Twinned Cities Circle

At present,China ’s economic development is no longer only concerned about the growth of “quantity ”,but also pays more attention to the improvement of “quantity ”.China ’s economic development stage has changed,from the high-speed growth stage to the high-quality growth stage.To achieve high-quality economic development,it is necessary to upgrade the industrial structure.In this context,it is of great practical significance to explore the practical problems between the upgrading of industrial structure and the high-quality development of economy in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,which is helpful to analyze the path of long-term stable development of regional economy.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the relevant literature and data at home and abroad,and defines the meaning of industrial structure upgrading and high quality economic development.The industrial structure level coefficient is used to measure the advanced industrial structure;an index system based on the five new development concepts is constructed to evaluate the high-quality economic development,and the entropy method is used to evaluate the high-quality development index evaluation system.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of industrial structure upgrading and high-quality economic development,calculates the industrial structure upgrading index of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from 2010 to 2020,and analyzes from two aspects of time series and regional differences.In general,the level of industrial structure upgrading is improved;for the high-quality development of the economy,from the perspective of time series,the high-quality development level of the economy in the economic circle is generally improved,but the growth rate fluctuates;from the perspective of different regions,led by the two central cities of Chengdu and Chongqing,the high-quality economic development of the remaining regions has been weak.Finally,the empirical analysis of industrial structure upgrading and high-quality economic development is carried out from two aspects.First,the panel fixed effect model and quantile regression model are used to analyze the impact of industrial structure upgrading on high-quality economic development.The robustness test and endogenous test are carried out to ensure the reliability of the conclusion.The second is to use the panel threshold regression model,taking the urbanization level as the threshold variable,to test and analyze the threshold effect of industrial structure upgrading and high-quality economic development.The results show that:(1)The upgrading of industrial structure in Chengdu-Chongqing Twinned Cities economic circle can promote the high-quality development of economy.The promotion effect of Chongqing and Sichuan is different,and Sichuan is better than Chongqing.(2)When the urbanization level reaches a certain value,the promotion effect of industrial structure upgrading on high-quality economic development is improved.According to the research,this thesis believes that the future economic work focus of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twinned Cities economic circle is to encourage innovative research and development and enhance the driving force of economic development;encourage cooperation and sharing,enhance the level of regional cooperation;encourage industrial transfer,improve the level of industrial structure;encourage personnel training,strengthen the construction of talent team;encourage urban interconnection,strengthen urbanization,and promote the high-quality economic development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twinned Cities economic circle.
