The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrial Linkage Development Of Chenghua District Integrated Into Chengdu Chongqing Double City Economic Circle

In the Chenghua District area,Chengdu East passenger station can be regarded as the eastern gateway of Chengdu.In January 3rd this year,General Secretary Xi Jinping chaired the sixth meeting of the central finance and Economic Committee and delivered an important speech.Thematic deployment promoted the construction of Shuangcheng economic circle in Chengdu Chongqing area and became a national strategy,which is an opportunity for Chenghua District’s development.In terms of industrial layout,Chenghua District focuses on the development of cultural industry and intelligent manufacturing industry,which is very suitable for the future development direction and mode of Chengdu Chongqing twin city economic circle.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of Chenghua District in Chengdu Chongqing double city economic circle,which can play a certain reference role for other core cities and level 2 and 3 cities in the whole Chengdu Chongqing double city economic circle.This paper combines theoretical and empirical research,qualitative and quantitative research,access to a large number of relevant literature and authoritative policy texts,through the literature research method,comparative research method,first introduces the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research review,research purpose and content,research methods and the technical framework of this paper.Then it defines the research scope of urban agglomerations,that is,all aspects of promoting the construction of urban agglomerations can be regarded as the research scope,including spatial scale,urban connection and resource allocation.Then it summarizes the five theories of multi-core theory,diamond theory,point axis diffusion theory,level diffusion theory and difference diffusion theory,so as to pave the way for the next research.Then it analyzes the construction history and current situation of Chengdu Chongqing double city economic circle.Based on the successful experience of urban agglomeration construction in the urban center at home and abroad,combined with the current situation of industrial linkage development in Chenghua District,this paper analyzes the existing development problems and reasons,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote industrial linkage development in Chenghua District under the environment of Chengdu Chongqing double city economic circle,that is,to strengthen the integration and utilization of resources,to establish a coordination organization,and to coordinate regional industrial linkage We need to improve and optimize the business environment.The characteristics of this paper are mainly reflected in two aspects: first,by learning from the successful experience of the construction and development of urban agglomeration at home and abroad,in the construction of Chengdu Chongqing double city economic circle,it is proposed that the central city should give full play to the leading geese effect,introduce detailed incentive policies to promote the positive development of the double city economic circle,such as giving more consideration to the double city radiation model in the top-level design,talking with residents and enhancing residents’ identity Secondly,in terms of analysis and comparison,it uses a large number of detailed comparative data to have a more comprehensive and clear understanding of the typical cities in the twin city economic circle;thirdly,it analyzes and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of cultural tourism,intelligent production,traffic security,etc.in terms of specific implementation to Chenghua District,combined with the characteristic industries of Chenghua District.
