Chengdu-Chongqing area twin city economic circle has a strong industrial foundation,Open market environment,and rich energy resources.It shoulders an important mission to promote the western economic development drive and occupy an important position in the development strategy of the western country.By promoting the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing area twin city economic circle,the regional economic layout of complementary and high-quality development can be achieved,thereby effectively promoting the high-quality development of the western economy and promoting the sustainable development of the regional economy.Development is an important starting point for promoting the economic development of the economic circle,especially high-tech industrial clusters with intensive and technological attributes,which has a more significant role in promoting regional economic development.Innovation is the source of power for the development of high-tech industrial clusters.The formation of the innovation collaboration system of high-tech industrial clusters in Chengdu-Chongqing is conducive to improving the innovation capacity of Chengdu-Chongqing region and promoting the economic construction of Chengdu-Chongqing region.The collaborative innovation network,as a new type of innovation model,can deepen the relationship between innovative subjects and form a collaborative innovation system to enhance innovative performance.Therefore,this article takes the cooperative innovation network of high-tech industrial clusters in twin city economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing region as the research object,and research on the characteristics and innovation mechanisms of collaborative innovation networks.The research conclusion can provide a basis and reference for the formulation of industrial development policies for the government departments of Chengdu-Chongqing region.This article mainly builds a collaborative innovation network of high-tech industry clusters in the Chengdu Chongqing area twin city economic circle based on the joint awards of high-tech industries,universities,and research institutes in the Chengdu Chongqing region from 2013 to 2021,and relevant patent data.It also conducts research on the network characteristics and innovation mechanism of the collaborative innovation network through social network analysis and econometric models.To study the characteristics of collaborative innovation network,this thesis adopts social network analysis method to analyze the whole network and individual network respectively from industry dimension and time dimension.In terms of industry dimension,based on the industrial basis of high-tech industries in Chengdu-Chongqing area,this thesis selects five industries: medicine,energy science,material chemistry,transportation and electronic information.From the time dimension,this thesis studies the network characteristics(evolution and structure)by constructing the collaborative innovation network of high-tech industrial clusters in Chengdu-Chongqing economic Circle from 2013 to 2021.After studying the characteristics of collaborative innovation network,this thesis further explores the innovation mechanism of collaborative innovation network,and adopts econometric model to reveal the innovation mechanism of collaborative innovation network through studying the impact of network density and knowledge distance of industry,university and research on innovation performance.Research conclusion: 1.The collaborative innovation network gradually evolved from the initial small world network into a scale-free network,and eventually evolved into a small world network with universities in Chengdu and Chongqing as the core nodes.The network scale continues to expand,and the collaborative innovation network is in the growth stage.2.The core nodes in the network can effectively promote the development of the network scale.Chongqing City occupies a leading position in the collaborative innovation network.The level of collaborative innovation of energy science and transportation high-tech industrial clusters in Chengdu and Chongqing is significantly higher than that of other high-tech industries.3.In collaborative innovation networks,there is heterogeneity in knowledge distance between universities and research organizations and has an impact on dual innovation.Knowledge distance between enterprises is negatively correlated with applied innovation,knowledge distance between enterprises and universities is positively correlated with applied innovation,knowledge distance between universities and enterprises is positively correlated with exploratory innovation,and knowledge distance between universities is negatively correlated with exploratory innovation,Scientific research institutions have no significant impact on innovation performance in collaborative innovation between industry,university,and research organizations.4.The collaborative innovation network density is negatively correlated with applied innovation,but has no significant impact on exploratory innovation.Based on the research conclusions,suggestions are proposed for the government departments in the Chengdu-Chongqing region to improve the level of collaborative innovation in high-tech industries in the two regions,Suggestions were proposed for enterprises on how to choose innovation partners and improve innovation performance in the process of collaborative innovation. |
