Abstract/Summary:
The essential purpose of the financial shared service model is to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of the organization,but in the implementation process,it is also necessary to continuously optimize the performance evaluation index system according to the actual situation of the enterprise,and then continuously improve the application value of the financial shared service center.The application of financial shared service centers has enabled G Group to reduce labor costs and improve work efficiency.However,after understanding the operation of the G Group Financial Shared Service Center and analyzing the performance index evaluation data of the past three years,it was found that there were problems in its existing performance evaluation that the financial cost needed to be further optimized,the customer satisfaction dimension weight needed to be adjusted,the internal process dimension weight was too high,and the learning and innovation dimension was ignored.Through field surveys and questionnaire design,on the basis of the existing balanced scorecard for its organizational performance,combined with the analytic hierarchy method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the author constructs an allocation model that is more in line with the weights of the existing performance evaluation indicators of the G Group Financial Shared Service Center.At the same time,the internal communication mechanism problems in the process of organizational performance evaluation are analyzed,and corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed.In view of the unreasonable distribution of performance indicator weights in the performance evaluation of G Group Financial Shared Service Center at this stage,a reasonable model of weight allocation of indicators was reconstructed,which put forward optimization suggestions for G Group Financial Shared Service Center to strengthen financial cost control,adjust customer dimension weights,improve business processes,and increase staff training.At the same time,the financial sharing service center should continue to clarify the communication mechanism and performance evaluation objectives,so as to better ensure the implementation of performance evaluation optimization.
