The Influence Of Management Structure And Management Mode On The Management Benefit Of Collective Economic Organization In Zhejiang Province

Since the birth of the rural collective economy in the 1950s,it has experienced the process of continuous deepening and expansion,development and promotion.After entering the new century,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the reform of rural collective property right system becomes inevitable.However,the reform of rural collective property right system does not necessarily improve the efficiency and economic benefits of collective economy,and the effective property right system is only the premise of collective economic development.Problems such as lack of legal person status,imbalance of governance structure and lack of independent development are still prominent weaknesses constraining the sustainable development of collective economy.With the deepening of market-oriented reform,it is particularly important to find a new collective economic system which is compatible with collective economy and market economy.Based on the institutional change theory,principal-agent theory,the first use of zhejiang province rural statistical yearbook data management for the village collective economic organization management and governance present situation has carried on the statistical analysis,supplemented by case suggests three system this kind of governance structure and corporate operation and the mode of operation of the influence of the collective economy management benefit.Secondly,a bidirectional fixed effect model was established based on the sample survey data of 2045 villages for empirical test,and the robustness of the model was tested.Finally,this thesis summarizes the conclusion and puts forward policy suggestions.The research results of this thesis show that "Members of the general meeting frequency","whether members have dividend","the council has professional management personnel","whether regulators have incentive mechanism","whether to participate in the audit of the board of supervisors","if the board of supervisors attend clubs meet","enterprise management","the joint venture management" variables such as the management benefit of collective economic organizations exist significant positive influence,It is an important factor to improve the management benefit of collective economic organizations.Based on the above research conclusions,this thesis puts forward four suggestions,such as standardizing the operation of collective economic organizations,perfecting the market-oriented operation mechanism,constructing a complete village-level supervision system and strengthening the policy support for collective economic development.
