Research On Satisfaction Of Rural Collective Income Distribution And Its Improvement Path In Huangshan District

In the past 30 years of reform and opening up,my country’s national economy has achieved high-speed development,and the living standards of the people have improved significantly.However,at the same time,the increasingly increasingly increasing supply of material and cultural needs with social products and environmental resources has become increasingly prominent.The source of its current situation is the imbalance of urban and rural development.The fundamental reason is that limited resources do not achieve a reasonable allocation.What kind of allocation mechanism to choose from the village will determine the resource allocation pattern,and its choice result will directly determine the reasonable flow and efficient use of the village resources.Therefore,the distribution method of collective income in rural areas is the important consideration to achieve long-term development of the village.This article first adopts literature methods and theoretical methods to sort out the development process of the collective economy of the rural areas to determine the course of the development of the collective economy of rural areas.On the basis of consulting experts and scholars at home and abroad,the three collective income distribution models are summarized first.Accumulate mode,key use mode and dividend inclusive mode.The accumulation model is to use all the collective income of the village for the basic operations of the village;focusing on the use of collective income on the one hand for the basic operations of the village,on the one hand,it is used for the development of the village’s advantageous industries,because the village system is adapt.The dividend inclusive model is to use collective income not only for the basic operations and industrial development of the village,but also dividends to members of the collective economic organization.Secondly,the scale of the three dimensions of collective income distribution,collective income distribution procedures,and collective income distribution are set.Finally,through the issuance of questionnaires and field surveys,the fullness of rural collective income distribution of rural areas in Huangshan District was issued and studied.A total of 500 questionnaires were issued to recycle 492 copies.Excluding unqualified questionnaires,485 valid questionnaires,97%efficient.Through empirical surveys,the orderly PROBIT model was used to regain the data obtained by the survey.As a result,it was found that the collective income distribution model has a significant impact on farmers’ satisfaction.Generally Focus on the mode of use;villages with accumulated models,farmers have the lowest satisfaction.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of Huangshan District to propose countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the collective distribution model of rural areas: including expanding the source of collective economic income and scale,adopting a suitable distribution method according to local conditions,inclined treatment according to the characteristics of collective members,properly handled it The relationship between the accumulation and distribution of collective economic income and the risk of controlling collective economic operations.
