Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Collective Economic Development In Linkou County,Mudanjiang City

Administrative village is the most basic organizational unit in China,undertaking many political,economic and social functions,and is an important grass-roots organization that closely connects the Party and the peasants together.Developing the collective economy is an importan t guarantee for achieving common prosperity,which is conducive to increasing farmers’ incomes,promoting comprehensive and stable poverty alleviation and prosperity,and promoting rural revitalization.Through the study of the rural collective economy of Linkou County,it is helpful to better promote the development of the local rural collective economy,promote the efficient implementation of the rural revitalization work,enhance the economic strength of the village collective cooperative organizations,and promote the comprehensive progress of the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".At the same time,the development of the rural collective economy is conducive to the overall appearance of administrative villages,village collective cooperation organization has a certain economic basis,can choose diverse development mode,encourage local villagers in the form of joint venture industry development,development of rural live with cargo new formats,promote linkou big goose industry,kuishan verm icelli out of the Mudanjiang.Linkou County,under Mudanjiang City,Heilongjiang Province,is a large agricultural county with jurisdiction over 11 towns and 176 administrative villages.In recent years,Linkou County adheres to building a strong team,focuses on building characteristic industries,and actively explores the development path of strengthening the rural collective economy,strengthening the village and enriching the people.In 2022,100% of the villages with collective income of more than100,000 yuan accounted,realizing the resonance of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.This paper adopts the method of literature research,investigation and research,in the linkou rural collective economy comparison data analysis,on the basis of co mbing the development of rural collective economy,the problems existing in the process of developing rural collective economy and reasons,draw lessons from the development experience of other regions,the countermeasures are put forward.The study found that the village collective economy of Linkou County developed rapidly and the income of the village collective economy increased greatly.The main reason is the development results achieved by Linkou County by increasing policy fund support,developing characteristic industries,cleaning up illegal contracts,strengthening the management of foreign investment,and strengthening the team construction.However,through investigation and interview and data analysis,it is found that the development of village collective economy in Linkou County has some problems,such as talent shortage,unbalanced regional development,insufficient development funds,single income structure,and weak supervision and management,which seriously restrict the development of rura l collective economy in Linkou County.In view of the existing problems and combining with the actual situation of Linkou County,it is proposed that Linkou County should continuously develop and expand the local village collective economy by strengthening the construction of rural talent team,increasing the investment of supporting funds,paying attention to the balance of development,exploring the diversified development mode,and improving the village collective supervision and management means.
