| The western development strategy has provided the western region with historic opportunities,enabled it to achieve sustained and rapid development,and laid the foundation for the western region to follow,run and even lead the eastern region.At present,in order to implement the new round of development strategy,the western region should strive to realize the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and regional economy,enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation,build regional innovation highland,form a modern industrial system,and promote the high-quality development of economy.Therefore,in this paper,the western region as the research object,the coupling coordination with science and technology innovation and regional economic development as the breakthrough point,to explore the scientific and technological innovation and the realization of the coordinated development of regional economy coupling mechanism,the analysis of the western region and coupling of regional economy coordination development level of science and technology innovation and its influencing factors,so as to achieve high quality development in western China to provide reference information.On the basis of studying the literature related to scientific and technological innovation and regional economic development,this paper firstly studies the realization mechanism of their coupling and coordinated development;Second,the present situation of scientific and technological innovation and regional economic development in western China is analyzed.Thirdly,the corresponding evaluation index system is constructed,and the comprehensive evaluation level of scientific and technological innovation and regional economy in western China is analyzed based on entropy method.The coupling coordination degree model and αconvergence model are used to explore the coupling coordination development level and convergence of scientific and technological innovation and regional economy in western China.Fourthly,the grey correlation model is used to study the influencing factors of the interaction between scientific and technological innovation and regional economic system in western China and the influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree of the two systems.Study found: one is that the provinces in the western region of China science and technology innovation and constantly improve the regional economic development level,but the overall level is low,the economic growth rate higher than the growth of science and technology innovation,among them,the provincial science and technology innovation and regional economic development level differences,overall showed a high level of development in southwest China,the unbalance of the northwest region is low.Second,the coupling coordination degree between scientific and technological innovation and regional economy in western China is increasing year by year,but the overall coordination degree is low,and the regional difference is obvious,and the gap keeps widening during the study period.The overall spatial layout of the coupling coordination degree is high in the middle,moderate at both ends and low on the left.The high value areas are mainly Sichuan,Chongqing and Shaanxi.At present,except Tibet and Qinghai,the coupling coordination degree of other provinces is at the stage of primary coordination or above,and Sichuan reaches the high coordination level.The constraint factor of coupling coordination degree between technological innovation and regional economy in Sichuan and Shaanxi is economic development lag,and the other provinces are technological innovation lag.Third,economic benefit is the main economic factor affecting the level of scientific and technological innovation in western China,economic scale is the secondary economic factor affecting the level of scientific and technological innovation in western China,and innovation input is the main innovation factor affecting the level of regional economy.In terms of the influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree of the two systems,economic structure is the main influencing factor,and the secondary influencing factors of each province are different,but they mainly focus on innovation input and innovation environment.The coupling coordination degree is influenced by economic factors more than scientific and technological innovation factors.Fourth,at the level of specific indicators,Population in cities and towns of ratio,R&D personnel of full-time equivalent,the strength of R&D spending,local finance technology spending accounts for the proportion of local fiscal budget,the number of college students per one hundred thousand people,the per capita GDP with a public library,the third industry/area,banking financial institutions deposits(balance)/regional GDP is science and technology innovation and the region and western region The index most closely related to the degree of economic coupling coordination.Finally,based on the above theory and empirical analysis,from promote upgrading of the industrial structure and to enhance investment in innovation,build scientific and technological innovation environment,building science and technology innovation platform,radiating and driving play to strengthen and implement differentiation policies for regional development,etc.,put forward to promote technology innovation and coupling of regional economy coordination development in western China. |
