| Driven by the wave of platform economy,transportation and the regional economy are increasingly closely related.China has continuously issued a series of related policies to help implement the strategy of “A country with strong transportation network” and constantly promotes the high-quality and high-efficient construction of the transportation field.At the end of 2020,each objective listed in the “13th Five-Year Plan for Transportation Poverty Alleviation” has been achieved,and poverty support models such as “transportation +industry” and “transportation + e-commerce” have gradually matured,bringing positive social and economic benefits to various regions and becoming a new engine that drives the regional economy,and the growth of the regional economy has provided a broader market demand and material base for transportation.As the largest energy base,the contradiction between transportation supply in the north of China and demand variation in the new period is still marked.Under the high-quality economic growth circumstances in the contemporary stage,how to make progress in transportation to adapt to local conditions,thus better promoting regional economic progress? Which has increasingly become an crucial topic of urban development in the north of China.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the coupling relationship between transportation and regional economy has great practical significance.This paper starts from the above analysis background,firstly,the academic outputs of many domestic or international experts are summarized,whose contents are about the interrelationships between transportation and regional economy,the conceptions and basic theories are systematically delimited and illustrated,further,the theories are used to analyze the synergy mechanism between the two.Secondly,according to the actual development of transportation and regional economy in the north of China from 2001 to 2020,this paper integrates abundant information to set up the synthetical assessment index system of transportation in the north of China from the four dimensions of transportation scale,transportation equipment,transportation infrastructure and transportation capacity.And the synthetical assessment index system of regional economy in the north of China is created from the four aspects of economic scale,economic structure,trade investment and wage income.Thirdly,the comprehensive development degrees of each dimension of the interior of two subsystems are calculated and evaluated by means of choosing the modified entropy weight TOPSIS mode,and the coupling coordination degrees within the two subsystems are calculated and evaluated by selecting and using the coupling coordination degree model.Fourthly,the overall comprehensive development index values of the two subsystems are measured by using the factor analysis method,and the degrees of coupling coordination between the two are acquired by means of choosing the membership function coordination degree model,and then the coordinated development degrees of the combined system are researched and calculated by using the linear weighting method.Fifthly,according to the two systems’ comprehensive development level,the interaction between the two systems is dynamically analyzed by using a panel vector autoregressive model from an overall perspective.Based on the calculated comprehensive development level of the two systems in sub-dimensions,the interaction between the two systems is statically analyzed by using a panel data regression model in terms of the subdimensional level.The consequences indicates that the internal coordination effect of the transportation subsystems in the north of China and the internal coordination effect of regional economic subsystems in the north of China are continuously optimized,and the North China and the Northeast China belong to the high-level coupling type,while the Northwest China belongs to the running-in coupling type;the coupling and coordination relationship between the two subsystems basically has a growth trend of fluctuations;the degree of coordinated development of composite systems in the North China and the Northwest China gradually tend to be coordinated and stable;from the overall perspective,the two subsystems have different degrees of mutual enhancement in the development process,and from the perspective of sub-dimensions,there are also different degrees of negative impact on each other.Finally,in response to the conclusions proposed,some strategies and proposals are itemized to boost the coordinated evolution of transportation and regional economy in the north of China. |
