Abstract/Summary:
In modern society,information technology is an innovative technology,and its application has penetrated into all aspects of social and economic life.In particular,the cross-border and application of data technology has promoted the adjustment of the internal structure of the national economy and the improvement of output quality.The data economy has become a new driving force to promote high-quality economic growth in China and improve global competitiveness.The digital economy has received extensive attention from countries and international organizations around the world,and plays an important role in promoting economic development across the country.On the basis of understanding the meaning and new forms of digital economy,this paper reflects the social development level of digital economy in China’s provinces from three aspects: digital infrastructure,digital industry,and digital environment,and makes a comprehensive overview of my country’s development in various fields.In the inspection,the entropy method was used to objectively evaluate the digital economy development of various provinces across the country in 2019,and a more comprehensive analysis of the regional differences between provinces was conducted,objectively expounding the relationship between the digital economy and the inter-provincial digital economy.The main reasons for the spatial differentiation pattern of social development and the mutual restriction and balanced development.The comprehensive development level of digital economy and society among China’s regions has shown a downward trend from east to west.The regional differences are obvious,and there are unbalanced and uncoordinated development,which is consistent with the differences in economic development between regions.The results show that:First,the current domestic digital economy development mainly emphasizes the development of short-term capabilities of enterprises,while ignoring the long-term core competitiveness of enterprises.Second,regions with the potential and solid foundation for the development of the digital economy have achieved good development results and momentum.On the contrary,there has been a greater excess of investment,making it difficult to achieve coordinated development with regional industries.Third,most provinces in my country are facing the problem of inefficient development.In the era of digital economy,there will be more development opportunities in the west,thus creating conditions for further shortening the development space between regions.At the same time,according to relevant theories,the innovation ability of each province was measured,and comprehensive scores were obtained through knowledge creation,innovation environment,and market innovation,and the provincial basic innovation ability level and spatial distribution characteristics were comprehensively evaluated.The results show that there is an obvious imbalance in the scientific and technological innovation capabilities among provinces,the development differences between advanced regions and backward regions are obvious,and the overall innovation capabilities are relatively low.The characteristics of scientific and technological strength in the region are similar to the development level of the digital economy.Secondly,through relevant data analysis,it is found that there is an obvious positive correlation between the development level of the digital economy and the innovation system,so it is preliminarily judged that there is a certain positive correlation between the development level of the provincial digital economy and the development of innovation elements.Using the coupling coordination model,the degree of coupling and harmony between the provincial innovation ability and the comprehensive value of the national digital economy and social development level is further explored.Quantitatively reveals the development level of the provincial digital economy and the degree of coordinated advancement of innovation and collaboration,and provides data support for local governments to take corresponding policy measures to promote the digital economy and innovation and coordinated development,promote each other,and provide data support.The study found that the degree of coupling coordination in most regions is at the level of moderate coordination and basic coordination.The specific calculation shows that the level of coupling and coordination between innovation and digital industry dimension is the highest,followed by digital infrastructure dimension and environmental indicator dimension.The innovation and digital economy development and its various levels(infrastructure,digital industry,environmental indicators)in high-level coordinated regions are at a relatively high level of development;at lower levels,the basic innovation capabilities in coordinated regions are in digital The economic development process and its various levels are at a low level,especially in the northwest region,due to the imperfect infrastructure,the lag in the development of digital industries and industrial integration,the degree of coupling and coordination is low.Where there is a deviation in the degree of coupling or collaboration,we should focus on their respective shortcomings,make up for shortcomings,promote coordination,and promote the development of the digital economy to simultaneously enhance the overall innovation capability.Finally,according to the unbalanced development of the digital economy in the whole province of my country and the weak links in the development of scientific and technological elements in the whole province,it is suggested to actively promote the healthy development of the digital economy and society based on the development of the digital economy,and jointly promote the national The improvement of independent innovation ability.
