| With the development of market economy in our country,competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce,in the face of a complex business environment,having excellent employees of high quality is particularly important for the healthy development of enterprises.The increase in the number of employees makes the role of human resource management in the organization increasingly prominent,giving full play to people’s subjective initiative,making full use of people,and appropriate personnel.In order to achieve organizational goals,how to manage employees and stimulate their initiative and enthusiasm has become an important issue facing each enterprise.With the advancement of internationalization,enterprises are faced with greater space for development and unprecedented challenges.How to better attract and retain talents has become an important factor for enterprises to enhance competitiveness under the current background.In strengthening talent management,the design of scientific compensation system plays an important role in stimulating the enthusiasm and initiative of employees.Salary design is an important means for enterprises to retain talents and is also the core of current human resource management.The salary system based on competency model can determine the salary system according to the competency of employees,so as to provide the basis for scientific salary management and design.Competency model plays an important role in the selection,incentive and assessment of talents.For technology enterprises,R&D personnel,as the core force of hightech industry,account for a large proportion and are the main driving force for the healthy development of enterprises.As a technology company,G Company has R&D personnel,who are the core personnel accompanying the growth of enterprises and the source of technological innovation.Only by firmly retaining hightech talents,can the vitality and longterm prosperity of enterprises be maintained.Based on a comprehensive study of salary and competency related theories,this paper studies the current salary incentive status of G company,especially the salary system status of ordinary personnel and R&D personnel,discusses the existing problems of the existing salary system,and then puts forward the compensation optimization idea of the company’s R&D personnel based on the competency model.Firstly,the original competency model of G company was constructed through indepth interview,then key competency elements were selected through questionnaire survey,and the point values of trait indicators were allocated according to the analytic hierarchy process,so as to build a competency model suitable for G company.Furthermore,based on the competence model of G Company,the compensation system of R&D personnel is reasonably optimized.It can be seen from the research that there are certain deficiencies in the current executive competency system of the company.Based on the actual situation of the company,this paper establishes an optimization scheme for the compensation system of R & D personnel of G Company based on the competency model,so that the company can be more reasonable,scientific and standardized in the competency evaluation of senior executives.At the same time,the paper elaborates the implementation and guarantee of the compensation system,which provides guidance for the design,development and management of the compensation system under the background of the enterprise competency model. |
