| With the widespread application of emerging technologies such as blockchain,enterprises gradually realize the importance of new information technology for system optimization,information sharing and collaboration,cost reduction and efficiency increase.CA,a large listed state-owned enterprise(the Company)integrating production and sales,as well as providing products and service solutions,is a key link connecting upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain.How to solve the pain and difficulties of supply chain information collaboration and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the supply chain has become a key concern of the Companies This thesis takes CA’s supply chain as the research object and uses blockchain technology to establish an intelligent and transparent functional framework for information collaboration,with a view to improving the efficiency of the Company’s supply chain information collaboration and the economic interests of all subjects in the supply chain.Firstly,this thesis introduces the overview of CA and the current situation of supply chain management.summarizes the main problems in the current supply chain information collaboration through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,and investigates the reasons for the weak information collaboration capability and low information collaboration quality.Secondly,the problems of supply chain information collaboration of CA’s server are discussed through the service blueprint tool and the feasibility analysis of introducing blockchain technology,and the optimization plan of supply chain information collaboration management of the Company based on blockchain technology is proposed,including the design of procurement information collaboration,production inventory information collaboration and business department horizontal information collaboration subsystem,and the comparison analysis of the predicted effect after optimization is made.Finally,rationalized suggestions are put forward in three aspects of management strategy,financial support and human resource construction in regard to ensuring the optimization of supply chain information collaboration management in CA.Hope that the research results of this thesis can play a role in guiding and making decisions for the supply chain information collaborative management of CA,and it is also hoped that it can serve as a reference for other companies. |
