City As Media: Research And Thinking On The Space Mediation Of Lu Liang In Cuan Township

Based on the perspective of spatial shift of communication science in recent years,this study takes Lu Liang of Cuan Township as the research object,and based on the theory of spatial media,analyzes how Lu Liang of Cuan Township,as a spatial media,realizes the production and construction of local significance,and promotes the emergence of local communities.At the same time,it explores how the mediated virtual space participates in local writing,realizes interaction with the real world,and promotes the development of local culture.The theory of mediatization of space regards the essence of space as a medium,which has the characteristics of media and functions as a medium.From the perspective of relationship theory,space media carries the construction process of social relations,and most importantly,it also produces social relations.In addition,as far as the relationship between space and media is concerned,the virtual space constructed by media has a powerful function of shaping the meaning of real space,leading people to perceive and imagine real space and trigger actual behavior,and finally realizing the integration with real space.This study regards Lu Liang of Cuan Township as a spatial medium,playing the role of a medium.It transforms the research perspective from urban space as a simple container of materiality and meaningless to a media that combines cultural spirit and historical connotation and carries the production and reproduction of social relations.It focuses on the connection between people,people and cities,and people and places.Lu Liang of Cuan Township,through street layout,landscape design While highlighting the local cultural characteristics,cultural activities also promote the exchange and communication of social groups and generate local and cultural communities,which are embodied in three aspects: first,the process of cities as media.After the selection,acculturation,integration and material characterization of urban cultural symbols,Lu Liang of Cuan Township,as a medium,plays the role of transmitting local cultural information;Secondly,how the city as a medium reshapes the local texture,discusses the role and influence mechanism of Lu Liang in Cuan Township as a medium,and analyzes the combination of space media and human subjective practice on the construction of human spiritual world and social relations;The last concern is the integration of the virtual space constructed by the new media platform and the real world.The best way to inherit local culture is to integrate it into people’s daily life,create local marks and build local memory and cultural community.The study found that,as a space medium,Luliang of Cuan Township,while continuously transmitting the information of Luliang County as Cuan Township and the local cultural,historical and spiritual connotation to the outside world,coupled with people’s subjective practical activities,people constantly interact with urban space as the carrier,thus generating and strengthening social ties.At the same time,people also build their own cultural identity in practical activities,further generating attachment to the place,Create an imaginary local cultural community.On the other hand,the virtual space constructed by the media has become the text that causes people to imagine the city.
