The globalization of the supply chain makes the management and control of the supply chain more difficult.Due to the ineffective supervision of the production and processing of products,the problem of the continuous supply of fake and shoddy products has been urgent to be solved.However,the management of product information from the source of the supply chain is the most important link to ensure product quality.Supply chain traceability is an effective method to manage supply chain.It is of great significance to store product information in supply chain safely and reliably.At present,the supply chain traceability information is generally stored in the central database in the centralized system,which makes the traceability information may be tampered with.As a distributed digital ledger technology,blockchain technology has the characteristics of transparency,traceability and decentralization.Its emergence has opened up a new way for the traceability of the supply chain.Aiming at the problems of information islands and counterfeit products in supply chain traceability,this paper designs a blockchain-based supply chain traceability platform,which uses blockchain technology to achieve decentralized management of product information.However,the PBFT consensus algorithm has problems such as high communication overhead and low efficiency in the field of blockchain system.This paper improves it to increase the consensus efficiency of supply chain traceability platform.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Designed a blockchain-based supply chain traceability platform.Firstly,this paper designs the supply chain traceability process according to the actual application scenarios of the supply chain;then the system architecture of the platform is designed in detail.Due to the large number of organizations involved in the supply chain and the large amount of traceability information,the data layer is designed as a multi-chain storage architecture,which consists of a main chain and multiple parallel side chains.Next,multiple smart contracts are designed,and participants in the supply chain can record supply chain traceability information on the blockchain through smart contracts.In addition,in order to ensure the consistency of the traceability information in the interaction between the main chain and the side chain,this paper sets up a data synchronization and verification mechanism.Finally,the throughput and response time of the platform were tested.(2)In view of the low efficiency of the traditional PBFT consensus algorithm and the master node is not optimal,the group PBFT consensus algorithm based on feature trust(GPBFT)is proposed.At the same time,the Eigen Trust trust model is used to evaluate the trust value of nodes.The node with the highest trust value among all nodes is the master node,and the node with the highest trust value in the group is the proxy node of each group.Packet consensus is introduced into PBFT algorithm to reduce communication overhead in the process of consensus.Finally,the PBFT algorithm and the GPBFT algorithm are implemented in Java language,the experimental analysis proves that the GPBFT algorithm has higher throughput and lower delay,while also reducing the communication overhead of the consensus process.
