In recent years,the promotion and application of Internet of Things technology in the agricultural field has achieved remarkable results.For fruit and vegetable agricultural products,the problem of high loss rate has been solved to some extent,and the operation mode of the fruit and vegetable supply chain under the Internet of Things environment is becoming mature.Due to the characteristics of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,the traditional fruit and vegetable supply chain has limitations,and there are often higher risks.Thanks to the use of new technologies,the operation model of the fruit and vegetable supply chain has been improved,which has increased the value of the fruit and vegetable supply chain and effectively controlled the risks of the traditional fruit and vegetable supply chain.However,while the Internet of Things technology brings advantages to the fruit and vegetable supply chain,it also inevitably brings new risks.This paper will conduct research on the risk assessment and control of fruit and vegetable supply chain under the Internet of Things environment.The main research contents include:(1)Based on the summary of previous research results,this paper combs the relevant theories of Internet of Things,fruit and vegetable supply chain and supply chain risk management.By analyzing the problems in China's fruit and vegetable supply chain,the research on the fruit and vegetable supply chain in the traditional fruit and vegetable supply chain and the Internet of Things environment is carried out.Starting from the traditional fruit and vegetable supply chain operation mode,this paper puts forward the operation mode of fruit and vegetable supply chain under the Internet of Things environment,and analyzes the characteristics and specific application of the fruit and vegetable supply chain under the Internet of Things environment.(2)Using Hierarchical Holographic Modeling(HHM)to identify the risk factors of fruit and vegetable supply chain under the Internet of Things environment,and in view of the fruits and vegetables this kind of relatively complex supply chain system launches the multi-faceted and multi-perspective analysis,and screen out potential risks in each link of fruits and vegetables supply chain under the Internet of Things environment.Potential risks in each link.Accordingthe hierarchy of the Internet of Things architecture,the risk assessment index system of fruit and vegetable supply chain under the Internet of Things environment is constructed according to the four aspects of perceived layer risk,information layer risk,application layer risk and other risks.Interpretative structural model(ISM)is used to analyze the structural relationship of risk factors to further understand the internal hierarchical structure of fruit and vegetable supply chain risks in the Internet of Things.(3)By understanding various risk assessment methods and comparing their advantages and disadvantages,we choose to use random forest methods to conduct risk assessment of fruit and vegetable supply chain under the Internet of Things.Collect data through research and questionnaires,learn and train the data,construct a random forest risk assessment model,and obtain the importance of each risk assessment index of the fruit and vegetable supply chain under the Internet of Things environment,and according to its importance determine the relevant risks brought by the introduction of the Internet of Things technology.(4)Focusing on the importance of risk assessment indicators for fruit and vegetable supply chain under the Internet of Things environment,focusing on the top six factors of risk importance,and proposing risk management measures to provide scientific decision-making basis for controlling the risk of fruit and vegetable supply chain under the Internet of Things.The risk identification of fruit and vegetable supply chain based on HHM-ISM model and the risk assessment model of supply chain based on random forest established in this paper have certain practicability and innovation.It enriches the risk management theory of fruit and vegetable supply chain and provides scientific reference for the operation of supply chain under the new environment.
