Nowadays,people pay more attention to the freshness and safety of food,and put forward higher requirements for food quality.But the frequent accidents of agricultural products not only seriously threaten the health of consumers,but also have a negative impact on the brand image of enterprises.Traceability of fruits and vegetables is an important means to improve the quality of fruits and vegetables.The quality and safety of fruits and vegetables agricultural products runs through the whole supply chain process from production and planting,through processing,storage,transportation,and sales.But the existing traceability system adopts the centralized storage method,which has the problems of easy to tamper with the traceability data,the lack of data sharing in all links of the supply chain,the difficulty of supervision and the difficulty of defining the responsibility.Therefore,this paper introduces the block chain technology to build a traceability system of supply chain of fruits and vegetables agricultural products based on block chain.By using the characteristics of distributed bookkeeping in blockchain,the traceability information is encrypted and stored in each node of the network,which avoids a series of problems such as low cost tampering of institutions or individuals caused by the traditional central accounting mode of traceability system,which solves the trust problem of end consumers.In the traditional traceability system,the traceability standard is missing and difficult to systematize.The organizations in the product supply chain are isolated from each other,which leads to the phenomenon of information island and the lack of trust among the participants.The block chain technology is used to trace fruits and vegetables,realize resource integration and break the information island of all parties.Through the introduction of intelligent contract and providing trust mechanism,the cooperation between the partners can be realized independently and the exchange of value information can be realized,thus maximizing the benefits of all parties.This article uses Hyperledger Fabric as the underlying framework to build a blockchain network.With the growth of business and the increase of data volume,it will cause storage burden to the system.Therefore,IPFS+blockchain is used to store the data.The information of each link of the fruit and vegetable agricultural products supply chain is stored in IPFS,and the returned hash value is chained to improve the efficiency of information storage and query,and improve the system throughput.The raft consensus algorithm is used to reach a consensus on client requests,so as to ensure the consistency of data.
