In the age of big data information,with the development of the Internet e-commerce industry,online recruitment provides good information services for many job seekers.Some enterprises take online recruitment as an opportunity,make full use of the Internet platform,learn from the service mode of the e-commerce industry,and open up a new model of recruitment information service under the mode of live broadcasting with post,and attract many users to apply for jobs on the enterprise live broadcasting platform.In the two aspects of talent selection and user selection,enterprises should pay more attention to user satisfaction,so as to further achieve win-win results.Based on this,this paper studies the user satisfaction of recruitment information service under the mode of live broadcasting with posts.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance of user satisfaction of recruitment information service under the mode of live broadcasting with post.By consulting domestic and foreign literature on relevant live broadcasting with post,recruitment information service and user satisfaction,this paper understands the research status,so as to determine the research content,methods and innovation points of this paper.Secondly,based on the Chinese user satisfaction model,combined with the characteristics of the recruitment information service under the mode of live broadcasting with posts,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method and exploratory factor analysis to analyze the main influencing factors of user satisfaction of the recruitment information service under the mode of live broadcasting with posts.Thirdly,based on the user satisfaction model and the influencing factors of the recruitment information service under the live streaming with post mode analyzed,this paper takes brand image,user expectation,user perception,user information security,user satisfaction and user loyalty as the potential variables of the model,and establishes the correlation hypothesis.This paper constructs the structural equation model of user satisfaction of recruitment information service under the mode of live broadcasting with posts.Finally,through empirical analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper verifies the user satisfaction model of the recruitment information service constructed under the live broadcast with post mode,and tests the hypothesis of the correlation.Through research,this paper finds that brand image has a positive impact on user expectations,user perception and user satisfaction.User expectation has a positive effect on user perception and user satisfaction.User perception has a positive impact on user satisfaction;User information security has a positive impact on user satisfaction;User satisfaction has a positive impact on user loyalty.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as building a good brand image,strengthening personalized information service function,optimizing information resource management,ensuring user information security,carrying out satisfaction evaluation and establishing recruitment information service feedback mechanism.At the same time,this paper can make further adjustments in the breadth and depth of research,expand the scope of investigation,and optimize the structural model,so as to better improve the satisfaction of users of recruitment information service under the mode of live broadcasting with posts. |
