Aiming at the urgent need of electronic packaging enterprises to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs,a method for modeling,simulation and optimization based on Flexsim software is proposed for a complex and multi-process discrete automated electronic packaging production line.Different from the traditional method of directly modeling the production line according to the logical relationship between the production factors,the modeling and simulation method based on Flexsim software is "site first,then integration",that is,the site is divided according to process steps,and then the Site modeling,and then combine site models into production line models.Aiming at the characteristic of “integrated series,partial parallel / mixed connection” of complex multi-process discrete production lines,using this method to analyze the production line by site can quickly and accurately find the bottleneck site of the production line,and then propose optimization measures targeted.The thesis analyzes the detailed composition and process of an automated chip assembly production line of K company,and establishes a trouble-free simulation model of the production line based on Flexsim software.Based on this model,the production process of the production line can be simulated,and the UPH and production line of the production line can be directly obtained Occupancy rate of each device,and found bottleneck sites that affect production line efficiency.Considering the fault situation of the actual production line,a fault model is further added to the simulation model to make the simulation results more consistent with the actual production data.By analyzing the production line model with the fault model,the quantitative data of the impact of the fault on production is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for troubleshooting.Based on the lean production and lean optimization theory,starting from the balance of the production line,the “5W1H” method is used for optimization analysis of the bottleneck site,and the ECRSI optimization idea is adopted to comprehensively optimize the site from the three aspects of layout,scheduling order and equipment utilization.In the optimization of the scheduling order,the joint optimization of the NEH heuristic algorithm and the SJF shortest job first algorithm is adopted to avoid the problem that the NEH heuristic algorithm is easy to fall into a local optimum.Flexsim software was used to model and optimize the optimized production line.The simulation results show that comprehensive optimization from the three aspects of layout,scheduling sequence and equipment utilization can improve the production efficiency by about 13% and the production capacity by 21.4%.The production line modeling and simulation method based on Flexsim software proposed in this thesis covers the production line modeling method of fault model,and the multi-faceted optimization scheme provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation and optimization of the actual complex multi-process discrete production line.
