With the saturation of China’s domestic smartphone market,a large number of Chinese smartphone brands have begun to make efforts to expand the Southeast Asian smartphone market.Laos is an important part of the Southeast Asian market,as a member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations,so it has also attracted a large number of Chinese smartphone manufacturers.As a famous smartphone brand in China,Huawei’s smartphone also urgently needs to occupy a place in the smartphone market in Laos.At the same time,with the smooth development of "The Belt and Road",the bilateral trade liberalization between Laos and China is better,which has greatly facilitated the development of Huawei smart phones in Laos.Based on the above background,this dissertation analyzes the marketing strategy of Huawei smart phones in Vientiane,Laos.First of all,this dissertation takes 4P marketing theory as the framework to analyze the marketing strategy of Huawei smart phone in Vientiane,Laos.Secondly,this paper uses questionnaire survey and interview method to find out the existing problems of Huawei smartphone marketing strategy(product,price,channel,promotion)in Vientiane,Laos.Thirdly,according to the actual sales of Huawei smart phones in Vientiane,Laos,this dissertation puts forward suggestions to further optimize the marketing strategy of Huawei smart phones in Vientiane,Laos;Finally,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures of Huawei smart phone marketing strategy in Vientiane,Laos from three aspects: cultural guarantee measures,financial guarantee measures and talent guarantee measures.This study provides some reference for promoting the development of Huawei smart phones in Vientiane,Laos.The dissertation can not only provide some help for the marketing of other Chinese smart phone brands in Vientiane market in Laos,but also effectively promote the development of local smart phone brands in Laos and promote the healthy development of Vientiane smart phone market in Laos.
