| Huawei has successfully accumulated a certain amount of resources in the domestic market and has a certain strength to open up the international market,but the mobile phone business is still losing out in a big way in the competition with Apple and Samsung in European market.At home and abroad,the research on marketing strategy in the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises is late,and most of the research is aimed at the marketing strategy of enterprises in the global market.However,the research papers on marketing strategy for certain products are seldom seen in a specific area as the target market.Based on the SWOT-AHP model,this paper analyzes the marketing strategy of Huawei mobile in Europe.AHP is a systematic analysis method,which makes up for the lack of simple use of SWOT analysis,and realizes the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation,in order to provide some scientific suggestions for Huawei mobile phone marketing strategy selection. |
