Laos,located in Asia,is a complete landlocked developing country with a relatively low level of economic development and a much lower per capita income than China.But in recent years,with the rapid development of the global economy,the mobile phone market in Laos is becoming more and more active,and the number of mobile phone users is increasing year by year.According to the research,middle-aged Laotians are accustomed to using single function "elder phones",and the popularity of smart phones is not as common as that of China,but this is providing an opportunity for Huawei to attack the Laotian market.Since Huawei mobile phone entered the Laos market,it has gradually made great achievements,becoming the main component and competitor of Laos mobile phone market,occupying a huge market share in Laos.However,due to the vacancy and space of Laos mobile phone market,more and more Chinese brands such as oppo,vivo,Samsung from South Korea and apple from the United States have entered Laos mobile phone market,which also brings great challenges to Huawei mobile phone development in Laos market.Customer satisfaction reflects the achievements of Huawei mobile phone in Laos mobile phone market and customers' perception of Huawei mobile phone use.Therefore,through the evaluation of customer satisfaction,we can get the beneficial aspects of Huawei mobile phone in Laos market,and also find the defects and deficiencies in the development of Huawei mobile phone in Laos Market.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign research literature,combined with the current situation of Laos mobile phone market,this study constructs a customer satisfaction evaluation index system,and uses AHP to calculate and distribute the weight of evaluation indexes at all levels;on the basis of obtaining the original data through questionnaire survey,the customer satisfaction of Huawei mobile phone in Laos market is stratified and evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method Overall evaluation.Through the analysis and evaluation results,it can be seen that the overall customer satisfaction in Laos is satisfaction;among the secondary indicators,the two secondary indicators of product price perception and product service quality score higher,while the three secondary indicators of product appearance image,enterprise overall image and product physical quality score relatively lower,which is the main factor affecting customer satisfaction.In view of these three factors,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve customer satisfaction.
