With the rapid development of global mobile internet industry,the smartphone industry has also experienced rapid growth.The competition of domestic mobile phone market is very fierce.As a domestic mobile phone manufacturer,Huawei grows very fast,and continues to gain more market share and actively explore the domestic market in recent years.China is a vast country,therefore the lifestyle and consumption behavior of consumers are quite different.In order to maintain and strengthen existing competitive advantages in various mobile phone markets such as Liaoning's,Huawei cell phone must pay close attention to the construction of its marketing strategy.This paper aims to study the marketing strategy of Huawei Mate series mobile phone in Liaoning province.This paper reviews the concept of market marketing,4P strategy,and relevant marketing strategy analysis tools.After a detailed introduction of Huawei company and the Mate series phone,this paper analyzes the macro environment from political,economic,social and technological sides with PEST model,it then elaborates industry environment with Porter's five force model.After analyzing the internal marketing resources,human resources,financial capacity,R&D capacity and enterprise culture,this paper elaborates on the threat and opportunity of the environment,advantage and disadvantage of the Huawei Mate series phone using SWOT analysis method.To meet the target of Liaoning market,this paper develops the appropriate marketing mix strategy.Finally,this paper suggests methods of strategic implementation from three aspects,namely marketing team,marketing channels and after-sales service.This paper can provide some references on how to construct effective marketing strategy in the smartphone industry facing the market competition in Liaoning province.
