With the development of communication technology,smart phones have gained widespread popularity.In the context of economic globalization,mature Chinese mobile phone manufacturers have also begun to enter the overseas mobile phone market,and the Russian market is one of them.By studying the marketing strategy of Chinese mobile phones in Russia,on the one hand,in order to find out the advantages,and find the possibility of further progress among the advantages;on the other hand,analyze the shortcomings and find solutions.In theory,it can further promote the research of transnational marketing strategies and enrich the knowledge of existing marketing strategies.By studying the marketing strategy of Chinese mobile phones in Russia,on the one hand,in order to find out the advantages,and find the possibility of further progress among the advantages.The article expounds the significance of the research background,and proposes the research methods,technical routes and innovation points of the thesis on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign research status.The first part of the article is to elaborate and analyze the Russian macro and micro backgrounds that can influence the development of China's mobile phones.The second is to select a representative Chinese mobile phone brand in the Russian mobile phone market for SWOT analysis,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Chinese mobile phones in the Russian market through external and internal factors.Fully understand and analyze the current situation of Chinese mobile phone companies.The third is to classify users in the Russian market through the STP analysis method,and draw conclusions to provide support for the development of the Chinese mobile phone market.The fourth is to use the 4P method to analyze the status quo of Chinese mobile phones in the Russian market.From the analysis of products,prices,publicity,and sales,and comprehensive conclusions,we finally find out the reasons and shortcomings of the success of Chinese mobile phones in the Russian market,and provide reference and help for Chinese mobile phone brands to develop overseas.
