While traditional manufacturing industries have proposed and promoted the transformation and upgrading of industries to meet the demands of complex and changing environments,many scholars in China have paid more attention to issues,such as management and control models,financial strategies,and market strategies during the transition period of enterprises.The discussion of human resources management strategies in the transition period is still very weak.Talent is the creator of value.Human resources management strategy is the policy choice for attracting,developing and motivating talents.Talents and human resource management strategies are important sources of corporate competitive advantage.Therefore,what kind of human resources management strategy companies should adopt to attract,develop and motivate talents to achieve the purpose of strategic transformation of enterprises is a subject worthy of further exploration.This article analyzes and discusses the following aspects through literature review,case analysis,summarization,induction and deduction analysis.First of all,it gives a brief description of the strategic transformation of enterprises,strategic human resources management and its related theories;secondly,based on a brief analysis of the status quo of the development of MD household appliances,the reasons,goals,contents and the requirements of talents are analyzed;Thirdly,based on the analysis of the status quo of the transition of talents before the transition of MD Appliance Group to the strategic transformation,the three major human resources management strategies supporting the strategic transformation of MD Appliance Group are proposed and discussed in depth,namely,organizational optimization and process reengineering strategies,talent development and structure.Optimization strategy and stock option incentive strategy;Finally,the human resources management policy before and after the strategic transformation of MD Appliance Group and its effects are analyzed,and lessons worthy of reference,as well as remaining problems and inspiration.In theory,this paper through the combing of the relationship between corporate strategic transformation and strategic human resources management,based on the concept of matching to establish a strategic model of human resources management to support corporate strategic transformation,to a certain extent,expand the research in related fields.In practice,the strategic human resources management strategies during the strategic transition period,namely,organizational optimization and process reengineering strategies,talent development and structural optimization strategies,stock option incentive strategies,are proposed through vertical matching and horizontal matching.It not only provides practical reference for the selection of human resource management policies during the strategic transition period for MD Appliance Group,but also provides experience for other enterprises in strategic transition period for human resource management decision-making.
